"Scam!\r\nThis company send an email claiming a guarantee. My plants arrived smashed and I complained. I was completely ignored, and they then cancelled my other orders with no explanation. The guarantee is a scam. \r\nI enquired about my order being cancelled and they said I was aggressive!\r\nAvoid this company."
