After reading these reviews, I consider myself lucky. After much effort, I received my refund of $148.10 on June 11. The order was placed on May 4. I was so scared that I would not receive my money. I'll NEVER order from them again!

Terrible service DO NOT order from this company. I waited months for a order to be shipped. When I canceled the order I was told I would get a refund 3-5 business days. I never received a refund or the order. The hold time for customer service is over 60 mins. Buyer beware. If I could rate this company a zero I would

Do not order from this company! Terrible customer service. I emailed, no response. I called and waited 45 minutes before having to hang up. Called a second time, waited an hour and they told me my items would be shipped l, that I’d receive a new order number via email. Nothing yet! I’ve been charged for June and July but have yet to receive my items! Their policy of charging your card monthly even if items never ship is a horrible way to do business!

Terrible company. charged my card immediately then nothing for weeks. No response to emails. Tried to log into 'my account' but said my email/password was wrong. Tried 'forgot password' and it said my email did not exist. Tried to re-register and was told my email is already registered! 6 weeks later, items arrived and were damaged. Still cannot get a response and cannot cancel subscription despite many emails. Just got an email saying a new shipment is on the way (not a replacement; a 2nd order charged to my credit card)! STay away from these people!!

They're horrible to their customers. I signed up for a subscription, because you have to in order to purchase anything, and for the first few months I got everything I paid for. Then for 4 months I was continuously charged for items that I never recieved. I emailed and called several times and never heard back. After being ignored I called my bank and cancelled my card. I repeatedly notified them that I would be doing so, that i wanted to cancel my membership (i was repeatedly unable to cancel it online), and that I wanted no more merchandise from their company. When I cancelled my card and disputed their charges they tried to send me the items I had been paying for all while ignoring the fact that I wanted to cancel my membership and no longer recieve their merchandise. They're unprofessional, thieves, and don't care about their customers. DO NOT SHOP ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!!

This company has zero integrity. Of the 4 items I purchased in bulk 1 set of items was received. (25%) I have had zero success getting them to refund my money or deliver my goods purchased. Purchase date 8/5/2020, review date 12/01/2020. Spend your money with anyone else in the industry. Stay away.

This company owes me several months worth of products totaling $175. I’ve called for answers, I was told the products would arrive in a few weeks. A month later and I’m still waiting. I tried calling again but I can’t get through. I’ve left countless voicemails with no return calls. I’m contacting my credit card to decline the charges in the case of fraud. This company is a complete scam. You should be ashamed of yourself! If anyone knows how to legally go after this company, post it in a review. There’s a lot of negative reviews on trust pilot. I’m sure there’s a vast amount of people who would join in the lawsuit.

The customer service is horrible, no response to emails and there is no way to contact them. I only received half of my order but was charged for the full order which reported when I received my package. Don’t order from this company!

Home Supply Inc is terrible. I placed my order and received an email confirmation for my purchase. My credit card was charged. I have not received my order however. I reached out to them 3 times asking for an update, shipping info, anything. Nothing from them. I finally asked for a refund. Nothing. I have contacted BBB and left a bad review. My advice to you... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

my order was never delivered and there has been no communication from them regarding my order. They billed my credit card upon ordering, not upon shipping. I have emailed and left phone messages-calls go to voicemail. I have requested a refund and cancellation of order. No response. For a month. No refund for the undelivered goods. Buyer beware!

Unfortunately, I did not come here first. This company is selling items they don't have, then replacing them with what they see as acceptable. Refusing to refund. I just wish I could get the word out to more people. Do not shop from this site.

I submitted an order and then read these reviews. So the very next day which is today I had my bank stop payment and reissued a different Bank Card to me. What really caught my attention is they are trying to make you buy the same thing over and over. It won't happen. I may only lose $50 and it's not over. I know how to get right to a company like this.

Placed a order on 28 July 2020 and not only have I not had any communications from this company as to where my order is located but no one answers there phone or returns phone calls. I believe this to be strange since they had no problem taking the funds from my account immediately. Either refund my money or ship all my items. Thanks

Home supply is Awesome they sent my order right away.I ordered 4 cans 19 oz Lysol and 4 big packs of Lysol disinfection wipes and I received my own in little as 5-6 days. I notice now they limit you to two cans but THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO ME.I could do without the monthly 3.99 membership fee but that’s my only complaint.

I placed a one-time order. To them that means monthly. So even though I placed the order in the middle of the month, they sent the unwanted order and billed it to me the first of the next month. They don't allow you to make changes to anything on their archaic website, and their customer "service" hold time are over an hour, and they are rude and uncooperative once you get to speak to a "service" rep. This website does not allow for zero stars, so I had to give them one star. Stay away from these racketeers.

They would not give a ship date when the order was placed, if I had known it was going to take two weeks for the product to even ship I would never have ordered it. I then sent them several emails asking for the order to be cancelled and never heard back. No way to contact the client at all. Then today I get a notice (after several cancellation emails to support) that it shipped. I will now have to take the time to send it back and hope I get my money back. The product was for plant mulch and I had to have it quicker than 3 weeks later by the time I finally get it.

I have called them several times, sent them emails & have received no response at all. They will not respond to my email & when I call Im on hold for hours. They continue to charge my card each month & I will continue to dispute the charges. Total Scam!!!!

This company did not send products I ordered. Did not refund my money and continue to charge my account every month. Never ever buy from them if you don’t want to deal with this.
