They would not give a ship date when the order was placed, if I had known it was going to take two weeks for the product to even ship I would never have ordered it. I then sent them several emails asking for the order to be cancelled and never heard back. No way to contact the client at all. Then today I get a notice (after several cancellation emails to support) that it shipped. I will now have to take the time to send it back and hope I get my money back. The product was for plant mulch and I had to have it quicker than 3 weeks later by the time I finally get it.
