Hoseasons need to take responsibility and return people’s money for holidays they can no longer deliver. All should consider whether to ‘Book with confidence’ through Hoseasons in the future given the way they are treating people who have supported their company for several years. GET A GRIP HOSEASONS and return people’s money!!!

They are stupid , have not answered the phone or emails for the past week , they have taken money out of my mums bank when we was wanting to cancel it and pay the cancellation fee ONLY. We are appalled with the service that hoseasons have provided I will not be booking with them in the future.

Disappointed that I contacted hoseasons today to ask about the possibility of amending date as my father is critically ill in hospital and was told I couldn’t change as was past the 10 week cut off. I didn’t plan on my dad being unwell and on a ventilator in intensive care. A Bit of compassion at a difficult time would have been appreciated.

Never again from Stalham! Treated like school kids, not told about getting through bridge when water levels were abnormally high and lost a day waiting for levels to drop which didn't happen, when I complained I was told rudely you should have phoned - I should have been told before leaving boatyard, will never again hire from Stalham, asked if we could load our gear on the boat after we sat and watched them finish cleaning and told no! Not until you stood in a long que and they did not start booking you in until exactly 2 o,,clock, wouldn,t even let us put our stuff in the fridge had to leave it in the heat until they were ready although they weren,t doing anything, they should get the staff from broom boat to give them a lesson in customer service. I will book with hoseasons again but never from Stalham!

I booked in advance for a holiday for my uncle who had prostate cancer. Unfortunately i had to cancel because he passed away. Hoseasons still charged me a cancellation fee of over £100. May your company go into administration for the pain you caused me. 🙏🏽

The first payment I made online failed on their end so was in my pending transactions for over a week. When I rang to sort it they charged me again then said there was nothing they could do and to ring my bank. I rang my bank and they gave me an email address and a list of details they would need to include to cancel the transaction. They refused to send the email at first, after lots of disputing they finally sent the email for me and it was rectified. Took me 2 1/2 hours altogether, I will never book with them again!

This company is shady when it comes to its cancellation policy. I did had a chat with their people to ask how much do I get back in case of cancellation due to bad weather or illness. They refused to tell me the amount. They said first make the booking then we will tell. WHAT A JOKE. Why should I buy a policy when I don not know how much its worth... Bad too bad

Awful. Called to ensure was not a pet lodge son had asthma all week. Bed legs were very obviously chewed. Carpets were filthy in bedroom and living room was not carpeted as ensured. Complained to the 5 star lodge resort in cheddar spa and they simply shrugged their shoulders saying its supposed to be pet free. Complained to hoseseason was told they are just an agent so nothing they can do. Offered me 5 % off my next booking there. As a 4 times a year hoseasons holiday maker I was disgusted with their customers services and won't be booking again.

I have used hoseasons for over 10yrs. When we eventually needed help they were useless! We booked a forest lodge in Nottingham advertised as a lodge in a forest. These lodges are not cheap getaways for us are a real treat. We arrived in the dark and woke realising we had been put in a lodge not in the forest but overlooking the reception lodge with little privacy, a pathway running right in front of our lodge and a clearing rather than forest. We politely asked the forest centre if they could move us as we were very disappointed, they told us to contact our agent hoseasons, we did this, they just tried to pass us back to the lodge centre with a clear message that they could (would) not do anything to make our stay what it should have. We spent for days in a lodge with very little privacy feeling very let down by both companies.

We were returning and loyal customers having booked with them previously with our young family. We booked into a resort called Canterbury reach & they put us in lodge number 3 , which was as we expected and upto the standards we required. Now here is where I am fuming with both the lodge owners themselves and especially this Hoseasons company. Our kids bedroom had the worst smell of urine and ammonia which we discovered quickly came from a 1.5ft very damp stain on the carpet at the end of the bed. It was toxic and pungent beyond belief. We complained immediately as honestly nobody besides an animal ( which obviously caused this) could sleep in the room. The maintenance guy came and when he entered the room his face dropped with the overpowering smell hitting him. They sent cleaners again but it did nothing to remove it as it was just that bad. We complained again and the next day they once again tried to remove it, but in my opinion it had now seeped deep into the fabric and the floor underneath itself!! Our 4 year old wouldn’t sleep in the room and so caused a huge issue for us having only 2 bedrooms. I asked for some sort of compensation as a returning customer and as they had charged £570 for this 3 day break but they called me today and declined to do so ! I will never use this company again and will happily tell others how we were treated leaving children to sleep in a room which resembled a dirty dog kennels. Quite a disappointing and alarming experience especially over the Christmas period. Overall it’s been a terrible customer experience from what we thought would be a company we would continue to spend with 2/3 times a year.

Hoseasons (WARNINING) they do not want to help if you have problems! Pursued a claim through Martin Lewis recommended resolver web site. They ignored all contact. Resolver moved us to ABTA who do not deal with them! Regardless of their claims...Shocking risk if you book with them and things don't go well...no recourse!!!!!!!

contacted hoseasons after recently staying in one of there parks. The wildside park was a 4 * park and when we arrived the accomodation was shocking. The settee was covered in blankets to cover up the rips and tears all over the cushions. I was nearly electricuted in the shower when the shower head didnt fit correctly and shot water all over the bathroom including the ceiling and the lights. There was no lighting outside next to the hottub and i ended up falling and have big bruises all over. The bins were still full from the previous guests. The window didnt lock in the kitchen. We reported all this to hoseasons as they are representatives of the park and was informed by them that the park stated we had left the lodge in a "disgusting manner" so they could not get involved in this matter. The park are disgusting for lying. The lodge was not left in a disgusting state at all. The dishwasher needed emptying and the pots on the drainer needed putting away. The towels had all been put in the bath. I apologise we didnt strip the beds All i wanted was an apology and to inform hoseasons what they represent. Shocked by hoseasons response. We did have a good holiday but thats because we wasnt paying all that money to let the accomodation ruin it for us. We reported this to the onsite staff and were fobbed off and told the furniture was the responsibility of the owner and they had no control over over it. But they continued to rent it out as 4*. We was told over and over how short staffed they were and while i appreciate that i still paid a lot of money for the holiday and the staff shortages were reflected in our booking price. The overflowing bins from previous guests not being emptied and the stagnant water smelling in the dishwasher when we arrived were disgusting.

Be very wary of booking with this company. They take your money but fail to provide you with the accommodation you booked. It cost us £355 for a weekend lodge break booked through booking.com. Neither company will take responsibility for the mess up but kept the money. Beware do not book with this company.
