What a bad company phoned them about my 84 old mum who was trying to send a skirt back three times because they don't send returns sticker my mum had a fall and found out about it I phoned them they said she owed them £140 and changed her twice for delivery so sorted it out asked to pay said no we sand a new bill out week later my mum was out of hospital they phoned and asked for payment and was very rude to her so when I got in from shopping for her she was very upset I phoned and they put late payment on it and told me the bill is £150 asked for manger all in a meeting they cut you off all the time I paid and going to cancel the account so don't get anything from them

An oversight on late payment/. I thought my returns were covering it. I was charged a total of £32 for a balance of £5 which was 5 days late. A return wasn’t credited to the account. Not willing to help and asked to close the account, they didn’t seem bothered. I had been a customer for over 20 years.
