So outdoor living and British traditions are double stitched into the Joules brand. In 1999 we started the Joules own brand, and the pitter patter of our kids’ range arrived in Spring 2005, these days known as Little Joule.

Problem with my online click and collect order not arrived. Kept informed by store staff and customer services who arranged for free delivery to my home address and arrived next day. Very pleased.

The shop was immaculately clean with lovely decor and spacious clean changing rooms. The store was laid out spaciously and there was plenty of choice and a great sale going on. The quality of the clothes is excellent and the staff on the tills were helpful particularly in explaining the benefits of being on the shops mailing list. Polite and well mannered staff throughout the store.

Gorgeous clothing & very helpful & friendly staff . Ordered online & returned to store, ( Henley)couldn't help but buy other sale things whilst there . Very quick refund on 1 Top I did send back . Excellent

I bought a cardigan and a tunic top recently, they are both beautiful, the fabrics, fit and style are great and are amazing value for money. The customer service is wonderful, queries are dealt with super quick and goods that you order are dispatched in the same manner, fabulous service.

Ordered a sun hat for my daughter which exceeded my expectation. Arrived earlier than I expected, quality product, lovely soft material with quality print which delighted me, even more vibrant than expected from the pictures

Jules jacket purchased. Good quality but I fell and broke a button and as there are no spare buttons given with the jacket I required a replacement which Jules could not give. I find this absolutely shocking as the jacket looks awful with a broken button which reflects on the business. Why could they not get a button or give me a contact number to acquire one???

Have enjoyed shopping in Joules over the past few years, but very disappointed this Summer as no new tunics! Please can you put tunics back into your stores.

Joules in Scotland first of all in Perth and in Stirling they do not sell anything at all in a size 20 that’s classed as to big. I am very upset at that and I think that’s really bad that people who are that size are made to feel bad. I know on line they sell that size and in the Edinburgh store which is the best store I have ever been to. I was made to feel bad today from Stirling and Perth because they don’t sell a size 20.

I ordered off joules for the first time not realizing that some items were being sold via a 3rd party. The quality of the items was very good however the customer service was poor and exasperating. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE READ THE POLICY FOR GOODS SOLD ON THE SITE BY A THIRD PARTY, this company has the same set up as amazon. I bought a coat that was actually from Joules with their logo on return and reimbursement was quick and smooth I paid £79 for a pair of boots which I returned on 17th Jan and thank god kept the PO tracking receipt. By the 30th Jan I had not received a refund or acknowledgement that the company (Joules) had received them, ultimately the chat advisor said it was my fault because I had returned them to Joules in err rather than the 3rd party seller, Bareback something or other. When I did return them I used the returns label that came with the item so I don't believe that to be true. By this time I had already waited 2 weeks for my money back so..... she then says that they will have to package them up and send them on to the 3rd party seller and it will take another 2 weeks to be reimbursed - a month to get my money back

They delivered the wrong item. When I wanted to talk, after many attemps that failed, I was referred to “management”. That was two weeks ago. No response at all.

Brought quite a few thing's in store, could have done with more help but assistants did more chatting at till area, used changing room and wanted an opinion called out but had to go into the store for opinion.
