With exclusive prints, finishing touches and quirky little extra details, Joules always turns heads and wins hearts.We started in 1980 at county shows selling country clothes. So outdoor living and British traditions are double stitched into the Joules brand. In 1999 we started the Joules own brand, and the pitter patter of our kids’ range arrived in Spring 2005, these days known as Little Joule.

“I have ordered from Joules for a number of years now and have always found deliveries to be excellent. Their garments arrive beautifully packaged. Their clothes are of excellent quality, beautifully made, good fit with lovely colour choice.”

“Got a bargain when I ordered the Joules Collete Wellies which were in the sale at £19.95 instead of £79. Chanced a Size 3 at this price as no size 4 left, even though I tend to get a 4 in wellies, but the 3 fits perfectly..... Snug but this is how I like wellies and great with the side zip. The suede tassle at the top of the zip really gives these wellies a more sophisticated look and the fact you get a different coloured tassle too is a bonus. Very warm and stylish wellies. Always bought Hunter Wellies in the past, but I've found some I love even more in these. Highly recommend!”

“I have been shopping at Joules for years. I truly would like to say that I love Joules 💚. The clothes quality is amazing, the colours and styles are fabulous 💙. The whole experience of purchasing on line or at the store, delivery process, packaging it is a wonderful journey itself. I buy a lot of clothes for my nephew and niece as they are so beautiful and such a fun for them. The perents love it💚💙😘. “Item bought white t-shirt, excellent quality only problem too tight ( my own fault for not trying on in shop) nearest store to me over 80 miles away. Sent by post for a refund, waited for 20 days no refund so called Joules direct. What can I say excellent service, money in my account within a few hours and a lovely surprise gift arrived by post this morning, thank you to the wonderful helpful lady on the phone and to Joules.”

“For those people who are waiting for their items. ROYAL MAIL are indeed responsible for delays in deliveries. Royal Mail have seen a ten fold increase in parcel deliveries and the idiots at the top, the very same who make a fortune for really bad decisions, haven’t employed enough people to cover the increase. AS A POSTMAN I have seen whole streets not had mail delivered in 4 days.. YES 4 DAYS!. Good luck if you are waiting for that important letter, And this is just my delivery office. Parcels are just as bad, BAGS and BAGS of them just left undelivered because of CEO mismanagement...”

“I acccidentally ordered the wrong size of boxes through PayPal. I started panicking and tried to call the number on their website (no answer). I then rang their reception number (I didn’t know it was their reception number, it was their number set up on their PayPal when I went into my previous payees) and I got through the reception. The receptionist kindly helped me by emailing the management, making them aware of what had happened & around 2 hours after I received an email saying the boxers will be refunded. The next day (today), I received an email from PayPal saying the refund has been sent & it will will appear in my account shortly. I ordered the CORRECT boxer size this time (small not large lol they defo would of fell down) and I am extremely thankful to have done this with such a trusting company, as some would just keep your money or refuse to communicate with you. Lots of love to this trusting company, and especially to the kind receptionist lady who even remembered my name & handled my situation with care, love & understanding. You have my upmost gratitude and I am thankfully not £31.92 in debt lol. THANK YOU, LOVE YOU! 😄💜”

“I’ve ordered on four separate occasions recently due to isolating and although they have issues with delivery charges - once notified customer service do fix problems. The clothes are very good quality and I have only once had a faulty item which was replaced (my choice) within a few days. They have excellent sales. I can’t compare it with other retailers as I’ve only ever shopped on line with joules”

“Went into Horsham store today with my husband to pick up clothes ordered for him. Clothes were there and my husband decided to try them on to ensure all was well. Unfortunately, we had ordered one size too big for two of the items. We were very disappointed but Penny, who worked in the Horsham store, was just incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and she managed to sort everything out for us. We were really happy with the outcome, but most of all with the fab service we received. Thank you.”
