“Absolutely awesome company. The mattress, the Sleepeezee Classic Ortho 800 Pocket Mattress is very comfortable, and fits perfectly onto my double slatted frame. The only downside is that the same product is now £20 cheaper, and I only ordered it a week ago. A great price. Good firmness, and best of all NO MEMORY FOAM. Woohoo”

“A very pleasant transaction. Mattress was of high standard. Delivery was xmas eve and drivers/delivery guys were very helpful and friendly. Kofi and his friend helped to unwrap mattress and took all rubbish away. A star rating for all. Thanks:)”

“I do not have enough words to describe how outstanding was the Mattress Online Ltd's service and the Panthern Group's delivery. I am extremely happy with both of them. Also my new Silentnight ortho dream star miracol mattress is absolutely fantastic as it has got excellent quality and it is very confortable. Thank you very much!!!”

“Ordered a new Mattress yesterday online and received several text messaages confirming my order and when it will be delivered, further text message with time slot (9.50am -11.50am) and then delivery driver called 20 minutes before he arrived. Easy order and great delivery service.”

“Having placed an order with Mattress Online at 12noon yesterday, the mattress arrived at 10:30 this morning to Central Scotland!! After placing the order I read the reviews on this site I know wrong way round. The reviews appeared to really slate this company hence my review they are in my opinion very professional from reciept of order to delivery kept very well informed. Would I recommend this company without any hesitation. Well done Mattress Online I suspect the negative reviews are just the usual moaning brigade. I would like to make clear I have no association with this company or any of its employees or directors. Thanks all at Mattress Online”

“I bought yerterday afternoon the mattress online and at night I 've got a text telling the delivery time was supposed to ,and this morning another text an Inam.liying on the mattress ! Is good quality for little price and free fast delivery. I recommende it ! Thanks mattressonlineuk!”

“Great value for money, purchased a 1500 pocket mattress that is both comfortable and supportive. Delivery is excellent, I could have had it next day but preferred the Saturday option. Kept informed throughout. Happy to recommend.”

“You can always tell how good a company is by how they rectify their mistakes. Unfortunately I had the wrong item dispatched, as soon as I notified them a new delviery day was organsied on a day that suited me. MattressOnline were very apologetic, speedy and proffesional in their approach to fixing the error. I would have no issues at all ordering again from them. Oh and the mattress itself is out of this world.”

“We were happy with the mattresses we ordered but not with delivery. We were given a day on which it would arrive, stayed home from work especially to receive the order, but no one showed up, and we had no notification that it will not be arriving on this day. Two days later our mattresses were delivered and we had to speed back home to receive them. Not happy with this service.”

“Purchase this mattress, want to exchange it after 2 weeks which I was told I could do when I bought it. When I tried to return it, they would not exchange as the thick plastic cover that the mattress came in had been removed. I do not know how you can test a mattress for comfort with the thick plastic cover on. So in short the refund and exchange policy is worthless.”

“My mattress was delivered 30th Dec 2015 a (La Romantica - extra firm) to aid my back issue. Mattress is rock hard, like laying on a piece of wood. Called the customer service wanting an exchange as mattress is still in wrapper, to find out we would have to send an email with our requirements then post the mattress back to them (at our cost) before they would consider an exchange. There is no collect and exchange service and what if they do not agree.....we have no mattress and they have our money!!! Do NOT buy off them. Go the old fashion route and go into a shop to 'try and buy'. Their customer service and policies are not in favour of the customer at all. I will NOT recommend them. Very disappointed”

“I bought 2 mattresses, as one wasn't suitable I requested a return. My back was hurting after using it, and I was in a lot of pain, so in that sense the mattress was completely not suitable for me, and actually causing suffering. I have been informed that I need to organise my own transport in order to return the item. I have emailed back stating that because I am buying online I have additional rights to return them. This is because my decision may be based on a brief description or a photograph – so what I receive isn't always quite what you’d expected. They agreed with me and I understood that they will refund the delivery cost, but it later transpired that they were talking about their delivery cost not mine delivery to their depot. Intentionally misleading. I paid £77 for the delivery on top of the original £700 for the mattresses. And they robbed me of the return delivery cost. Avoid at all costs!!!!”

“Ordered a new mattress from MattressOnline. It arrived quickly and everything went smoothly. However, within a few nights of sleeping on it, my partner and I were covered in bed bug bites. I was completely shocked at this, as I have never had trouble with bed bugs previously. I told the company immediately, but they refused to take the mattress back, saying I would have to pay a courier to return it early. I switched back to my old mattress and lo and behold, no more bed bug bites. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability taken by this company, who are refusing to accept any responsibility for selling me a mattress that came with bed bugs. Also, customers should be aware that most of the mattresses this company sells are available much cheaper elsewhere, so buyers please take time to do your research, and also don't get trapped by their 60-night trial like I did! (You have to keep the mattress for 30 nights, even if it doesn't suit you or if, as in my case, it's infested with bed bugs).”

“Terrible company, I paid 390 for qhat was supposed to be a firm mattress, they sent me what feels like a bag of springs that get stuck im your body. They are asking me to pay half of what the mattress is worth in order to return it. Do mot buy from them”
