I cannot review the mattress as I do not have it.
Mattressnan need to change couriers.

Was told my mattress couldnt be picked up due to staining and that the £30 I paid for it to be picked up was then none refundable. 'Acceptable staining' is not a clear definition and left to the discretion of the delivery driver which is completely subjective and not an acceptable method to then refuse a refund for a service that was not delivered.
