“A difficult company to contact but did get through after a few calls. Cancelled our order after the company could not deliver on the date originally stated. I contacted Gillian in accounts who was very helpful and a full refund was received within one week of cancelling my order.”

Ordered a bed frame that never arrived, when I contacted them, they informed me they hadn’t put the order through (despite taking my money) and promised the bed Frame would be with me within48 hours
5 days later they tell me the frame was lost by the supplier but I only found this out because I chased them

“Had a king size mattress delivered this morning. One man one van. expected my husband who is over seventy to help from van to inside property Then left us both in our seventies to man -handle to bed room and on to bed it's a bungalow but still we think the service was dreadful Did he expect us to sleep on floor and if no husband, was suppose to help VERY DISSAPPOINTED would not recommend”
“The Baron is a really excellent quality mattress for the price amazing! We spent £2,600 on a mattress thinking it would give us a good nights sleep! It is now relegated to spare room as OK for occasional night only! We are now about to order our 3rd Baron! However l think that the life of this mattress with normal use by average size people would be 3/4 years. We also turn it fortnightly.”
