If u could give minus I would Customer services are shockingly bad. So rude. They demanded the goods, blamed me and refusing to help put with a new one or refunding so out of pocket by £70. Stay away

Just to read customers reviews and thank you for that I am changing my mind. Wanted to order a skeleton human size but no. Thank you very much to all customers to save my time, money and stress. I always read customers reviews on line just in case. Thank you very much and well done.

I ordered 2 items two weeks before Christmas, one arrived and the other didn't and still hasn't. I wrote 4 emails to customer service without a single response from them. In the end I submitted another query and was eventually contacted by another member of the customer service team who sent me a generic and useless reply and offered no help. Still awaiting someone to help? Undoubtedly the worst customer service experience I've ever had - highly recommend never purchasing from here online again.

Ordered GBP 500 worth of gifts the beginning of December for Christmas. They still haven’t arrived despite an order dispatch estimation of a week. No response from customer service. What a joke. Won’t use them again. Shame really as the had some good items on sale.

Ordered Christmas gifts that were in stock on the 19th - big banner and advertisements throughout the site saying they would be delivered in time for Christmas. Further email from them confirmed that despite delays they'd ensure I had the order "for the big day" Didn't dispatch it until the 23rd - using a 48 hour courier which is now showing ETA of 29th December. Totally conned customers who buy gifts for Christmas on the false promise that they can deliver in time. To make things worse I phoned up to ask about the delivery and was simply told "sorry but there's nothing I can do" and that they'd feed it back. "We don't give compensation" was the comment - I don't want compensation, I want you to deliver on the promises you boldly make. Seeing certain members of the family on Christmas Day and now won't have a gift for them. Terrible, terrible service.

Order personalised gift that was dispatched 4th December. Called on 16th to say not hear, told it takes 10 days from dispatch...still not here by 23rd. Called, told 'Yes, let's assume that is list in transit. I'll refund you.' Absolute rubbish service and now minus a present 2 days before Christmas.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago, nothing had arrived. Contacted customer services - "yeah it's out of stock wait" and offer me 10% off a future order (which I obviously won'tplace as Menkind cannot function as a retailer), but still no info on what I've already paid for? Absolute joke of a company - I've reported to trading standards and I suggest everyone else do the same.

Do not use this company. I ordered a beer advent calendar. For some reason it was returned to sender. I called the very next day and was promised one was being sent out special delivery. That did not happen. For the next 14 days I called every other day. This was a £70 gift. It was no longer any use as an advent calendar!! Every time I called I was told someone would call me back. I’ve never had one single call. I then asked for a refund and asked that someone call me prior to doing this as I no longer have the card I paid with. Once again NO call and the money has gone on to a card that was a prepaid debit card i no longer have. I call to be told bad luck I’ve got to try and get the money myself now. I cannot tell you how upset I am . No gift and £70 gone. Absolutely appalling.

What went wrong? Two items haven’t arrived after three weeks and customer service is just sending useless emails with misinformation for tracking on. If I hadn’t been keeping an eye on this I think I would have paid for items I may never receive. Be very careful with this company.

Dreadful company!!!! I ordered an anniversary gift and it stated you could add your own personalised message for gifts. I added my personalised message and it didn't come with the gift. I attached my order to customer support, and they accepted they didn't send it but refused to do anything about it. I asked them to send the message to my address but they said NO stating it was a free service anyway. What a disgusting attitude and dreadful customer service.

The item came and didn't work !!! And trying to send it back was a complete joke 5 phone calls to get the item picked up ... and then to find out that the customer service team hadn't done there job properly so no pick up ...yet another phone call !!! Lets see what happens .. but i don't hold out any hope ..... will not be using this company again and my advice is think very carefully before you do

1 star is too high. refused a refund in store on a faulty item despite the business having a return and refund policy. returned the item by post having contacted their head office. item delivered 22nd jan and its now 26th march, still no refund or explanation!!

I ordered a mechanical arm A type of mechanic building kit. It cost £30.99 including £5.99 postage for 1 to 2 day delivery. No confirmation e mail and no delivery. How disappointing as birthday present for a friend.

I ordered a slush puppy machine, on the page it showed it with a pouring handle, kind of like you'd find in a convenience store. Perfect. It was meant to be for my OH birthday in late Jan, but I ordered mid-December. Luckily, I checked it just before Christmas and found it was completely different - instead of a tall blender like machine with the pouring spout, it was a stumpy box type thing with a jug, that you have to pour the slush out of like any old jug. Not the same thing, and having looked online these types were going for £30 odd instead of the £40 odd I'd paid for the one I wanted! I sent an email on 23rd December, fair enough it's Christmas but I have only had a response today and that's because I messaged them on Facebook. They told me that in their T&C it does state the items may be slightly different to those shown on the site - a slight change I could cope with, these were completely different models (and the one they sent is a cheaper make!). They did offer a refund, but the link they sent to arrange postage didn't work, I replied telling them this and they still haven't replied 4hrs later, eventually I went on their website and have found it, and arranged for collection to return. I'm really disappointed, if they had just sent what is shown on the website I wouldn't have been bothered, yes delivery took a while too, but again it's Christmas, I could let that go. But, to send a completely different item and argue it's my fault essentially for not expecting that, is not on. I will never buy from MK ever again.

Really poor. I ordered an Xmas present, when it had not arrived by the agreed date, I emailed to chase it. 5 days later I get an email to say they are out of stock. After a number of emails I've now been told I'll be refunded within 5 days...wjat a waste of time. Dreadful service.

Total Joke ! Ordered On 7th December After Numerous Emails To And From Today I Receive A Credit Memo “basically working their way to credit my account” firstly for the wrong amount secondly why do I have to wait any longer !! I have lost all respect I ever had for this shop and it’s it’s customer relations !!! Terrible Terrible Business ! Also Wish I Had Read The Vast amount Of 1 Star Reviews Before Wasting My Time & Money !

The worst delivery experience ever. It is supposed to take 2-5 days but it came 14 days and they don't even apologize or offer you a refund. You can't even track your order and you never know when or if you will get it
