Very little information given before ordering in regards to expected delivery times. Once my order was processed was advised deliver time of 15 working days. They advise that orders dispatched within 24hrs. Wrote them an email well within that time frame requesting my order be cancelled. They replied the next day to advise won’t be possible as would be dispatched soon. They just washed their hands of it completely, said nothing they can do it’ll be dispatched soon (but had not been dispatched yet!) and I can return it at my own expense using registered post and they will refund me. However they did say in their email that returns were not being processed correctly or quickly due to high influx of queries. Pretty annoyed to say the least, considering I’ve ordered the same product from another company and it will be with me within two days. This mess is going to take around a month to sort with these clowns, and leave me footing the return costs. Would not recommend, and if I could leave a minus state review I would.

After ordering I checked online views as the google nest mini i bought was 20 pound less than anywhere else. The reviews weren't great and I was annoyed at myself for ordering. HOWEVER, the product arrived within 5 days of dispatch as the email stated, was brand new and is in perfect working condition. I would 100% use again and was pleasantly surprised

Escape to another website, even if it costs 3 or even 10 euros more, at least you will have your product. I bought it on January 26th and on the website it said 7 to 14 days, today after 15 days I called her and the conversation even looked like a robot, just saying again that I needed a few more days, oh and if you are going to buy don't pay for fast delivery , nothing is fast, but they are good at advertising.

Grand, if you want to wait 32 days for delivery. That's how long 2 Nest Minis took to arrive. No delivery tracking and very little help from customer service - just template excuses / apologies along with a 'please wait a little longer'. I won't be ordering from them again and I suggest you avoid them too.

Okay, so I'm not going to be in a huge rush to order from this company again. The products took far longer to arrive than they should have and judging by other reviews I have read online, my experience was not unique. I don't think the delays were solely down to COVID or Christmas either. Just wanted to dispel belief that the company are scammers/not legit. My products arrived in good condition and matched the specs stated on the website, they just took far longer than promised to arrive. The support team was okay to deal with whenever I emailed them. So if you want reasonably priced products and don't need them in a rush, then I'd recommend MyMemory. Not exactly a glowing review, I know. Just wanted to put up online that I don't believe they are scammers, just a poorly run company.

I ordered 2 google home minis from this company and chose them because the delivery date given was perfect for me to be able to give as gifts. 4 days after the stated delivery day and I still have no items. I have contacted them to explain that even if they were to arrive now it would be too late (I needed them last weekend) and I'm happy to return if they do arrive but would like a refund. All I have had in response is the same information worded slightly different 4 or 5 times!! They seem to be refusing a refund even after I've informed them that having to buy replacement presents had left me struggling to put food on the table they still do not care. They don't care about customer service, just lining their pockets.

Absolut falsch. Sie schickten mir ein gebrauchtes Produkt und lehnten dann jede Rückgabemöglichkeit mit einer Reihe von Einkaufstricks ab. Absolutely incorrect. They sent me a used product, then turned down any return option using a bunch of shopping tricks.

waited ages for ssd to arrive...only to find out the item was posted from SWITZERLAND.....uk delivery 3-7 days....so had the hassle of making a claim thru paypal......then the item finally arrived...WAIST OF TIME

I have used Mymemory for a few years. The delivery to the UK can be slow if you use the free standard service. They only sell genuine parts and USB sticks. The prices are always VERY good. This is a very good company and can be trusted. I am sad to see so many bad reviews. I do not work for Mymemory and have no reason to leave this other than the service I have received has always been good.

Deliver time is very bad, been waiting 3 week for 2 Mico sd cards, Customer service refuses to take responsibility for this and blames the postal system..

Placed an order late October 2020. Now mid November, company just refer to UK postal problems but actually shipped from Switzerland. They advertise 3-7 working days for delivery to the UK. They seem to have had problems for years with delivery looking at previous customer complaints and coronavirus just seems to have made this worse. Company unhelpful when contacted. They just request that you wait........

got a 128gb sd card and it got corrupted a day after using it. windows wont read it and cant even use chkdsk to see if it shows up. just buy a name brand one dont waste your time

I ordered a 128Gb memory card before reading these reviews. And yes, the address on the web site is for a non-descript building in Jersey and yes, they do ship product from Switzerland. After reading the reviews I thought that my money was gone. BUT. After ordering on a Thursday, my memory card arrived the next Tuesday. Correct item and well packaged. Inserted the card in Android mobile, 128Gb as stated and it formatted correctly. On my part, I couldn't fault them. Either I was a lucky one or other reviewers were the unlucky ones. By the way, excellent price for the the item too...

Still not received my 128GB SD card - I presumed this was a UK company, but asking where they were shipping my item from I was told the following..... "We are based in Jersey Channel Islands but our product are in a warehouse in Switzerland" I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I’m not sure what’s happening at MyMemory of late - they’ve always been trustworthy and consistent, but now they’re suddenly extremely unreliable! I ordered a 480GB SSD on 29th July and a TP-Link Power Bank on 22nd July 2020. Neither have been delivered. They promised to replace the Power Bank a week ago. Still nothing. The SSD was for an important (now overdue) professional project and was very expensive! Quoting the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse for such terrible customer service in August 2020 is unacceptable. As the company are no longer reliable, I will have to look elsewhere for my Digital technology purchases - a shame as they’d been hitherto extremely reliable. Sadly, I also can no longer recommend them to my fellow IT professionals and home user clients!!! MyMemory; sort yourselves out - you’re steadily haemorrhaging dedicated customers, as you’re inexplicably destroying your trust relationship with them.

a different address appeared on receipt that was not mine. tried to contact them and between waiting for responses i would get generic copy and paste replies with names you would would not expect. had to take them to paypal then they cut all communication with me. made me wait full term for a refund. found out this is regular with them so can only presume alot of these reviews are bots and employees on trust pilot.

Don't order any item from Mymemory! I ordered a 128G SD card on 27 April, but I still haven't received any item now. The company said the first package was lost on the way and the replacement has been dispatched on 13 May. It always asked me to wait for 3-7 working days, however, I waited nearly one month and it refused to refund this SD card. I'm so sad now.
