“We placed order Glow Worm boiler on last Thursday. Friday we received confirmation email that you item has been shipped. I call Monday and PlumbNation call centre confirmed that will be received Tuesday before 5pm. We have booked the engineer. On Tuesday until 5PM waiting still not received I called again they told me that you will receive before 12 midday engineer was waiting all day we have to pay £350 to engineer yesterday midday call and I was told that delivery was with walker and they changing the delivery company and you will 100% sure receive on Wednesday before 5PM. Today is Thursday 9.15am boiler is not delivered yet extremely cold boiler is required badly we are waiting for last 4 days. Very unprofessional and bad company to deal with.”
