Poor advice, needed a new shower hose and told what to order. I could not use my shower for a while as needed other new parts but by the time I used it the hose was useless and the shower head kept slipping off the bracket. Messaged Plumbnation and no reply, would never use again!

We placed order Glow Worm boiler on last Thursday. Friday we received confirmation email that you item has been shipped. I call Monday and PlumbNation call centre confirmed that will be received Tuesday before 5pm. We have booked the engineer. On Tuesday until 5PM waiting still not received I called again they told me that you will receive before 12 midday engineer was waiting all day we have to pay £350 to engineer yesterday midday call and I was told that delivery was with walker and they changing the delivery company and you will 100% sure receive on Wednesday before 5PM. Today is Thursday 9.15am boiler is not delivered yet extremely cold boiler is required badly we are waiting for last 4 days. Very unprofessional and bad company to deal with.

Price match guarantee is a false claim I called expecting to get a price match for a boiler, then to use my first order £20 off to get the best price. The call agent said the guarantee is [also] based upon delivery times (so time, not price/cost to the customer) and checked the other site. He actually misquoted the delivery time on the other site and declined to match their price, so I went there instead! Poor customer service and a terrible claim to make if it is not true. I won't do business with companies that have no integrity, and for me integrity is either on or off.

I am waiting over seven days already to receive £236 refund. I had to open case on PayPal. I haven’t received item and now I have to fight for my money back. Absolutely ridiculous

Ordered product. Stated 1-3 days. 2 weeks still nothing. Cancel On website, says it’s cancelled but refresh page, says still pending order, press cancel Again.. same thing.. spoke to sometime today.. said they would find out.. then Calle back to Say it’s been cancelled…told them the above.. still nothing? No further call back as promised… just check and no refund has even been made for the cancelled product?? Absolute joke or a company.

If i could give zero stars...or even minus stars that would be more appropriate...These guys are simple useles...They take your money ...never send products....you try to call....email...everything is simpley ignored...For your sanity STAY WELL CLEAR.....SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND USE SOMEONE MORE REPUTABLE

Worst plumbing supply experience I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could give them zero The overall experience dealing with plum nation was appalling They are disorganised , unreliable snd do not tell the truth They delivered a shower screen later than promised , on opening the trims were 3 different finishes It took 4 further attempts for them to deliver the correct ones over a period of 6 weeks where I asked them to compensate me and I would buy the trims locally. The paid £100 which didn’t come close to the time I spent on their cockups My client was extremely upset with the delays Their customer service department is useless and continually lies In 37 years of trading running a construction company , this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with I continually asked for a manager of director to call me , on every occasion I was ignored Will never use this company again and suggest to don’t either

Bought a radiator from them. Once it arrived it was scratched to bits. Tried to return via website and it said my order number was wrong. Rang and been on hold for too long that ended up hanging up. Emailed numerous times and not one reply. Ended up having to buy another radiator from somewhere else. And cause customer specifies it had to be a myson premier, the cost of the rad makes me out of pocket. Will never use theae again

This morning I ordered a clock for central heating at a cost of £68.66. Never received a confirmation email which made me suspicious. Read the reviews and was horrified. Phoned my bank as payment was still pending. They told me what I had paid for was a subscription which would come out of my account every month!!! My payment will go through and my bank, santander,will refund me my money. Their fraud team will investigate this company. BEWARE EVERYONE

Shambles! 1 star is being really kind. Order has never arrived, phone calls keep getting cut off and no response to several emails. Fed a load of bs about a different delivery date when I eventually got to talk to someone and I’m about to go around the circle again. DO NOT use these scammers.

Be very careful - the slightly cheaper prices aren't really worth it because of the terrible returns policy! I ordered some items and when I went to install I realized they were the wring size. Tried to EXCHANGE (not even refund!) for the right ones. Was asked to provide photo's to prove they were unused and in original packaging (which they were) and after going through that was told "no, you only have 14 days to return items". My email requesting the return was 16 days after receiving the items.... So now I am stuck with them. Who offers a 14 day return policy these days?? Won't be buying from them again.

I wish I had read the multiple reviews before placing any orders with them. For 6 weeks I am trying to return a radiator which was the wrong size. Another radiator was an old used and damaged one delivered as brand new in intact packaging. This was full of scratches all over, chipped paint on the sides and yellow paint splashed on it. I called 8 times and sent 10 emails. I NEVER got any response!!! I paid and expected a brand new one and they sent me an old used and damaged radiator! Customer services is NON existing. In all calls they tell me that someone will call me and they never call me. I will put a formal complaint to OMBUDSMAN!

Ordered a flue which arrived damaged and a thermostat which arrived and is most definitely second hand. Tried contacting but zero response to emails as instructed. Raised a case as paid with PayPal.

Bought the new type green Salamander water pump, they sent the old type red salamander pump, emailed customer services - ignored. emailed returns dept - ignored. phoned to speak to someone they told me to email the information they wanted - i did - ignored never got a reply. do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

We placed an order and was given a delivery date but nothing arrived. Tried calling but each time got cutt off. We were then given another delivery date but again nothing arrived. Eventually got though to customer services but the chap was so rude, was promised a call back but nothing. Third time lucky got another delivery but again nothing arrived. Again tried calling but couldn't get through. I eventually had to cancel the order and request a refund. The refund was processed promtply hence the 1 star rating. Take my advice DO NOT USE this company, there are many many other suppliers that mean what they say

Received a delivery date and took a day off work and nothing arrived. We have CCTV and also we had a plumber working outside all day. They claim they knocked and no answer ? How when the door was open all day. Just Lies and inconvenience from Plumbnation. I would advise you not to use this company or at least take note of all their very poor feedback

Please avoid at all cost!! Please support your local plumbing shop as this company does not care about your business. I paid for premium delivery (23rd November) so that I could get it delivered on a certain day (28th November). It was delivered nearly a week later! The customer agent when first contacted lied about us selecting the wrong delivery date, when we showed the email they blamed the system. Then various emails and calls later and still no delivery. They provided me with the freight company details for me to chase them!! When I queried the delay as only part of my order was delivered (30th November), PlumbNation blamed the freight company and said the freight company split my order in 2 parts. Having phoned the freight company, they clarified that PlumbNation has booked the whole order in 2 parts (to save their costs! probably) and they only sent the products to the freight company after I chased them.
