Awful service, awful communication. Still have not revived my order which I made almost 4 weeks ago. Delivery was meant to be made in 3-7 days. These guys only seem to care about sales and not deliveries. If you do contact them by email you will receive a generic response full of excuses blaming their distribution company. My advice is to save your time and money and avoid this company.

I had a delivery of my order, which was incomplete. Then when I opened the package found another piece missing. I emailed the company to inform them of this. The first piece was then delivered. But I was still missing the other piece that had been missing from the package. Up to now that has not been rectified! Today I received an email to say the order has now been completed. Joke! So no not satisfied.

Stay away from this company, they do not know what they are doing. For 20 days, absolutely no one has replied to e-mails regarding details of the products they sell. The invoices they issue are wrong, with incorrect information - without ever verifying who the payer is, they issue an invoice at the delivery address. No one is impressed that the money comes from another person or company. I don't even know how they handle accounting. I have been sending e-mails for 15 days saying that the invoices on all my orders are wrong and yet they continue to send the same wrong invoices. Nobody reads emails from customers. Live chat is absolutely useless - they listen to the problem, promise to check the case, and it ends here. After ordering a product, expect absolutely no support - the money is paid, the goods may have been delivered but not sure because they do not provide a tracking number. They just send you an email saying that the product ,,may have been delivered,,. Well, in my case it was not delivered and in 3 days I am waiting for details ... Stay away from this company, they do not know what they are doing. For VIESSMANN products I highly recommend VIESSMANNDIRECT - extremely competent and helpful, if you have a problem then the answer comes in minutes and the problem is solved in 1-2 hours

I have no words. Stress, frustration and sheer anger. They lied to me about getting a tracking ref and delivery slot if i called them 8.30am on the delivery day. On the day they said no, it's an all day delivery. As I was at work I missed the delivery. I had to rearrange it and agree for it to be left outside at my risk. My plumber opened the radiator and it was badly damaged, really shocking damage. The company said they wanted photos. I came home from work early to do this so I could get a replacement asap, as I now had no heat in the bathroom. Sent photos, but no, I now had to wait in all day for it to be collected, wait for it to be received in their warehouse and then wait another day in for another delivery. I ordered elsewhere and asked for a refund. I also asked for it to be collected from another address as I was too angry to give up a day for them. This was agreed, and so I took it with difficulty to my mum's address (it was heavy to lift and get in car). Guess what? my mother has waited in all day and they haven't turned up. And the awful thing is, I just knew they wouldn't. I've tried ringing all day but there is no reply. I've emailed, no response. A badly damaged heavy radiator cluttering up my mum's hall, a wasted day for her, stress for me, no refund or sight of it, and a freezing bathroom while I wait until plumber can come back. Worth noting - not one utterance of an apology, in any of the emails I had from them, or any acknowledgement of the inconvenience. It was £12 cheaper than buying locally. Please don't use them, it's not worth what they'll put you through. They don't deserve your money and faith.

I ordered a tap from them. I got an e mail to say it would be delivered on Weds 29/01/20. The tap did not arrive. I had no card from the delivery co ( whoever they use) to say they had tried to deliver. I rang yesterday 31/1 spoke to somebody who said they would have to speak to the warehouse and would phone me back. They didn’t. I have the name of the person. They are shut til Monday will be on the phone then. NOT IMPRESSED

Parts damaged, wrong items sent, refused to refund my money, rude, delivery driver lied to me about there eta so I four people stood around waiting to unload the goods, he never turned up, they couldn’t confirm a new delivery date and didn’t seem to think it was there problem to resolve with there courier company, eventually they delivered to the kerbside next to a main road without contacting anyone so I was amazed to find out nothing had been stolen. When I contacted them again they didn’t seem to think this was there problem to resolve the idiots just blamed there own courier company. Worst company ever! Avoid them like the plague

I bought a Mira shower tray with waste fitting included. I’m happy with the tray but the quality of the waste fitting is disgusting. There’s splits down the manufacturing lines of which you can see daylight through. Obviously not wanting to fit this trap on an upstairs shower, I had to go and buy another trap at an additional cost of £25. I sent pictures to plumbnation as requested but got no reply at all. I had to call over a week later to try and resolve the issue as no one had contacted me. I asked the team leader if he would part refund me £25 for the new waste fitting against the order of about £200, to which he point blank declined telling me he could only send out another trap the same. No common sense, I could have been a happy customer but I will now not return. Thought I’d give them a chance to rectify but they’ve chosen not to, hence the bad feedback. Shame.

Trying to return an item for the last 3 weeks, they want a phone to prove box ok - it is unopened - but we have sent 4 pics and and still no acknowledgement or arrange of a return!!!! How hard can it be to arrange a return!!

DO NOT USE! ~ Ordered a single ended bath, received a double and they said it was our fault, we had clicked on wrong option but we know we did not, the number somehow got changed. I think we got palmed off with a double ended bath because they can't sell these, and they wouldn't take it back. Now we are going to have to sell it as a second hand bath online, losing money, because it is too small inside.

This company, as others have said is a disgrace. Don;t go near them. I have been a plumber for nearly 50 years, and never received such appalling service. Ordered boiler and flue, paid for the service, arrived a day late without any notification, Got a refund for the delivery cost. Wrong flue.....probably my fault. Ordered new flue, paid for next day delivery and it arrived. Requested return.........this is where the hassle, stress and disappointment begin. After 30 plus e.mails endless phone calls. one in excess of 45 minutes the parcel got collected after 3 weeks, only to be returned to me today!!! The box is damaged. If through no fault of my own they ( I have now asked them to personally to collect it} they don't I will be over £400.00 out of pocket. This is only a quarter of the story. P Abel

This company are an absolute disgrace. I ordered two Roca toilet seats from them in July. Our plumber could install neither as they both had parts missing from the boxes. I called PlumbNation who after seeing photographs of the toilet seats arranged a courier to collect the next day. The courier did not arrive on the day stated and then turned up while we were on holiday. Once home I called PlumbNation to arrange another collection. This time the courier refused to take the toilet seats as the boxes had been opened. The boxes had been opened - I stated this right from the outset. I contacted PlumbNation once again who requested yet more images of the toilet seats. More photographs were sent and a third courier collection was arranged. After staying in all day the courier did not turn up. When I phoned PlumbNation they said the courier will not come because the toilet seat boxes have been opened. Seriously I give up. This company are an absolute joke. I would avoid buying from them at all costs. It’s just not worth it when something goes wrong.

I bought a Main Multipoint BF ErP to replace my Main Multipoint BF i was told no need to change flue also contacted baxi before buying thay said no need to change flue pilot light kept going out baxi engineer called to day and said the flue needs changing checked flues for boath boilers and thay are the same for the BF and the BF ErP.Just have to keep lighting pilot light.

Terrible experience and not helpful staff, found a product I was looking for through Google Products, Purchased what was supposed to be a "Tavistock Match 1000mm Semi-Countertop & WC Unit Run Right Gloss" the description and images on their site show a complete product, - ohh well I wish. Just the carcass was sent, even though broken! sink and WC and other fixtures were missing. Builders and I were completely disappointed that we could not do our job today with a broken product and missing parts. I have asked them to assist and help me with the order perhaps offering a discount to order remaining items because this was their fault they refused and now are collecting other items and I am left to order the item elsewhere. Avoid them cheap but unreliable!

I'm not part was through returning a radiator that sprung a leak, collected fast enough but not i'm chasing them every week to get the same reply, "its being checked". Next email will request a refund or replacement by a certain date otherwise i'm going to start a credit card claim with my bank. Terrible customer service.

Messed around for months with an order for one radiator, we were eventually given a date by email, We told the customer as soon as the radiator turned up we would fit, both the customer and ourselves took time out to wait for the radiator (no time was given just a date ) the radiator still did not turn up. We have ended up fitting the radiator for nothing due e to the fact we have let the customer down so badly due to your poor service. We would not recommend your company, w Would have been nice for a more understanding customer service or a very least a sorry, Very disappointing service . James @ C C Services

It is so difficult to return the item back to plumbnation. Be aware it takes a long time for the Returns procedure. Wrong item was sent to me and I just want a full credit and it's taking over 2 and half weeks. To sort out...

Spent 21 mins on hold to speak to them,no response!! Have emailed them with no response either ! After reading the such poor justified reviews i will NOT be giving them any of my business now or in the future. They are a joke of a company and show no customer service qualities whatsoever,and lie about their stock and delivery dates from what i have observed? Use Plumbing World or Direct Heating Supplies who both has excellent reviews.
