Beware of the company. I ordered boiler and flue, paid £40 for schedule delivery day. The whole day I waited and had no delivery, I called the next day and was told they only had one item on the vehicle and so waiting for the second item. They gave me another day delivery date. Again waited the whole day and guess what no delivery, I call the following work, the excuse was van broken down, and again Arranged another day for delivery. Now this is the 3rd delivery date and at 6pm I was only delivered the flue, no boiler. Again I called customer service the next day and apparently the boiler was damaged on transport. Worse is yet to come, I requested for my refund abd just like the delivery dates I have been given numerous dates that my refund will be issued. But till today I am still waiting for the refund. Luckily I paid by PayPal so raised a refund claim via PayPal. Please avoid this untrustworthy company and save your time.

Ordered shower tray , looks like a banana returned it for refund not received until today had to write to them 3 weeks later got it but not fully refunded, £20 short no explanation. Never again .

This is by far one of the most unpleasant experiences I had win an online retailer. Ordered a toilet pan & seat based on the fact that it will arrive next day /2-3 days as per their website. 4-th day the pan was delivered by DX and it was in pieces. Made the call to CS team and they said they will organise another one to be sent the next day only to find out that it's going to be another 4 weeks for the seat to arrive as well. Second one was also delivered in pieces. Called again and they've said they will deliver the 3-rd one (advised CS team that I will be going on holiday to make sure it will be delivered on time). DX came exactly when I was way on holiday and told them to redeliver in 3 days time when I was suppose to come back (have proof on my video door bell). Now there is a dispute between PlumbNation and DX for over a week as they say they have delivered the goods and signed by some random guy. Send numerous emails - not even a single reply and made tons of follow up calls only to be told that somebody will call me back - never did. Think I've given them every chance to put things right but here I am more than 3 weeks since the order was placed with the bathroom project still not completed. On top of that when you call their CS team they just pick up and hang up only for you to make another attempt and go back in the que just in case you give up

Not answering emails!!! Ordered 2 radiators. Both damaged!! Need replacement or money off. Absolutely terrible company. I have my own heating company and will never us this lot again!

Returned items and still have not received refund months later. Every time you call up they state they’ll call you back but never do. Still have not received refund.

Very upset. Boiler promised for delivery yesterday.. now they are saying anytime today. Awful customer service. Avoid.

Have ordered a radiator but a size too small. This was because their website misled me in believing the radiator was more efficient than it actually was (have checked this with the manufacturer before installing). I now have to return it but waiting for 2 weeks now to get a complete response from them. Also they have not acknowledged yet my complaint about their website. Whenever I try calling, am giving up because not enough time to wait in the cue. Return process seems encumbered, not much of response from customer service on emails.

Hopeless. Totally useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will lie to get you off the phone. I have been waiting since 13th April for a sink. It's now 26th April. They have blamed DX twice for losing items. I simply don't believe them. They promise to call you back but don't. I am SO FED UP WITH THEIR LIES. They have effectively stolen my money and failed to provide the product. NEXT STOP SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

I am disgusted! In 2017 I bought a shower rail set. They took my money and asked to wait for stock which turned out to be unavailable. Eventually got a refund. Here I am in 2022, my old tab broke, I have no shower, paid £10 extra to get it next day, to receive a message that my tap will be delivered with 6 days delay. I got £10 back, no reply to my email. Another automated message got sent to me on 5th day with estimated delivery date in 12 days! Scammers operating your money. Avoid!

To summarise Plumbnation in two words, Completely Hopeless. Ordered an oil tank needing it fairly urgently and despite chasing every single week, neither Heather nor Sean in their customer service team were able to achieve any progress. Nearly 7 weeks later they decided to refund our order, thus leaving us still without an oil tank, now running low on heating oil and with significant time on the phone utterly wasted. Avoid Plumbnation at all costs - should really be called Dumbnation.

Received half an order, which wasn’t what was ordered any time. Tried to return the goods to be told I was outside the 14 day window, which as the goods were delivered on 24/03/22 & I contacted them on 28/03/22 would suggest they aren’t good at maths. Still trying to get a response but nothing as yet. Avoid at all costs, currently £75 + £10 postage out of pocket.

Been waiting for 5 months for a replacement cistern. They do not even bother to respond to emails. Do not buy from this company.

Avoid this company will never order again took a day off work waited in all day for a collection no one turned up rang them up spoke to a women called karen who is very rude with no customer servce skills would never order from this company again

What can i say about this company had a email saying my fire what i am returning would be getting collected well the day has been and gone no one turned up take in mind i had to book leave from work as iv stayed in all day waiting this collection date has been getting arranged since the 4th of january it is now the 14th also the fire is my 80 year old father's who is getting really stressed out about this and needs a refund to go and purchase the right one

What can i say about this company an absolute joke sick of emailing getting no reply i am trying to return a fire for my 85 year old father who wants a refund take in mind he is on a pension and doesn't have alot of money do any of the bosses ever read these reviews because you need to get better staff who will reply to you

Ordered a central heater timer on 4/1/22 & paid standard delivery as advised. The next day got an email from plumbnation saying I’d need to pay an additional shipping amount of £36! Still awaiting a response to my email asking them to explain extra costs given the item weighs a few grams and is less A3 size! Tried ringing during office hours and all I get is a recorded message saying they’re closed. Will keep you posted!

Have purchased several boilers (and other equipment) from them over the last year or so, with no problems. But I needed to do a return for the most recent one, in October. Contacted customer service a couple of weeks later, asking for them to organise a return. Two months later, absolutely nothing. I have called, emailed, etc - they tell me that the return is in progress and they're waiting for a response from their distribution centre, but really it's nonsense - they're just cheating customers out of money. Avoid like the plague. Dreadful customer service.

Terrible service, we paid extra delivery monies to ensure a prompt delivery as we were without heating so required a boiler ASAP. It never arrived despite us calling on the morning asking them to reassure us that delivery would be made, to which they said it would. We requested a refund; they have since tried to palm us off saying they attempted delivery (which they did not) and also later on in the day claiming 'it's been delivered', quoting somebody elses order and breaking GDPR by sending us a delivery note belonging to someone else's order with their name and delivery address for an order that was placed a month before ours! They are now ignoring us entirely. AVOID like the plague!

PlumbNation's customer service is shockingly bad - once you have confirmed and paid for your order they don't really care if, when or how your goods arrive. After waiting in all day, the boiler that we'd ordered did not arrive. Customer Service did not even acknowledge my email queries to them until I escalated my concerns via PayPal for a full refund. After some communication, I was finally contacted directly by the courier company to arrange a new delivery date. When the goods arrived, they were soaking wet, as they'd clearly been left outside in the rain for days. Again, I contacted PlumbNation Customer Services and was only contacted back when I addressed my concerns via PayPal (not their own cutomer service email address). Due to potential water damage of the goods I agreed to an exchange - what a mistake that was, I should've insisted on a full refund! The delivery of the new boiler to exchange for the water damaged one was arranged by PlumbNation and I was sent an email confirming my new delivery date. Again, they advised they couldn't guarantee a specific time so I'd have to wait in all day. Luckily, because of the issue with our first delivery, I had the number of the courier company. I contacted them directly (on the delivery date stated by PlumbNation) to ask what time to expect my delivery, as I was unable to stay in all day for a second time. The courier company advised that my delivery wasn't on their schedule for today but after the weekend - 3 days later! To hear this was extremely disappointing as PlumNation had confirmed in writing (via email) to me a Friday delivery but had then scheduled it with the courier company for the Monday after! Had I not had the courier company's phone number that would have been a second day wasted, sitting at home, waiting for a delivery to arrive that wasn't coming. In the end my husband drove over to the courier company's depot to exchange the goods himself! And it was a good job that he did as when he arrived, our pallet of goods was sitting outside in the rain! Had we waited for the goods to be delivered to us on the Monday, who knows how soaking wet they would've been! I emailed Shaun McGee, PlumbNation's Customer Service Manager on 1st November regarding the goods not being delivered on the date specified for a second time, that my husband had to take time out of his own working day to do the boiler exchange himself and that for a second time our pallet of goods had been left outside in the rain! The date is now 15th November and I still haven't received a reply from Shaun McGee or anyone else in the customer service team to acknowledge the numerous issues we have had with our order. This is the first time we've ever used PlumbNation and it will certainly be the last! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....the £50 or whatever you might save is honestly not worth it considering the days you may have to miss from work to wait at home for your delivery that is more than likely not coming and then electrical goods arriving soaking wet after being left outside in the pouring rain. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
