Paid for fast delivery but was let down by the courier who said that the item had not been dispatched to them by the supplier in time to meet my booked delivery. Disappointing that when I called Plumb nation they were unable to help and passed the buck to the courier even though they took the £ and booked the courier. That said happy with the Boiler

Well I did get refund if 5 days is prompt. The item I ordered was a boiler which they don't stock and was told it was obsolete and no longer made. So why is it on the website? If you are going to use Plumbnation my advise is to make sure they have the item before you order. That is if you can get through on the telephone and I am still waiting for them to answer my emails.

Prompt service, but radiator delivered from van to house on green sack truck with no padding. Needed to get on with job so spent some time T-cutting green paint marks from front of radiator. Not sure that I will use them again.

I paid for chosen day delivery ( £12) and even though a confirmation email was sent the day before, saying what was going to be delivered, a large part of the order was missing. I complained and was told it be there the next day. That's another day off just to be in to receive a delivery. I asked for a full delivery refund, because they hadn't delivered. I was given £6 because that's the difference between 'standard' and 'specific day' delivery !!! If I wanted standard delivery, I would have chosen it. I didn't, because I needed to know when it was being delivered. Their attitude is penny pinching and insulting because it ignores the inconvenience and time off work ( twice). I doubt I will be using them again.

Ordered twice from this company the first time I rang up and was told that the item was in stock with them and not direct from manufacturer. Upon placing the order the delivery time given was over two weeks. Calling back they advised out of stock. Second order was same scenario. Says instock on their site but 13 days for delivery? In this day and age that’s extremely poor. Clearly does not hold stock and therefore no real idea of what’s in stock and out of stock. Poor delivery notifications also. Prices were however keen.

I ordered an oil boiler from Plumb Nation. They effectively sold my order to a third party company without my knowledge or consent. The third party company supplied the goods as ordered but the boiler was 8 month old and not new as ordered. The boiler arrived on the I day requested but they were not brand new and had been stored somewhere for a significant amount of time. If I had know this, I would have placed the order with another company. I will not be purchasing anything from Plumb Nation again as I cannot trust them to supply new products.

I cancelled the order, they said they would reverse my credit card charge. They did not, instead they delivered two water pumps rather than one and then said we had to pay for return of the pump. You would think they could have used their courier to collect. They took a tough line all the way through, so don't get anything wrong or PlumbNation will get you.

I ordered quite a few things from them, including a Grohe bath/shower mixer and some pillar unions to fix these to the bath tub. Before ordering online, I specifically spoke to a sales adviser to ask whether the pillar unions came as a pair, or individually, as the website was beyond vague on this description. I was advised they came individually, so I ordered two. When it arrived, two pairs of pillar unions arrived. Additionally, the bath/shower mixer had been replaced with an in-built toilet cistern. The invoice said the right item, but the box (with my deliverly label) was clearly a toilet cistern. Trying to get acknowledgment of their mistake (or their distribution centre's mistake) was impossible, despite having clear photographic evidence. I'm also informed that 2 basin taps that I ordered having confirmed availability over the phone are no longer available, and I've been advised to purchase alternatives. They have not mentioned crediting my card at all yet. Speaking to a customer service manager is difficult, as they are always busy. Very poor experience.
