“The website is well set out making choice a lot easier, contact was always straight forward and assistance very helpful. I ordered a kickspace heater which arrived on time and was very easy to instal as a replacement for the old one. And the bonus is that it works a treat”

“Ordered a dehumidifier that was shipped with dpd, only gave 4 stars as it wasn't delivered when they said between 11.04 & 12.04 on a Tuesday. I got a message saying sorry we missed you, although no delivery van cam to my house. It arrived at 7.30 am the following day. I have found dpd to be a bit iffy in the past. I was talking to my postman about it and he said drivers who have too many parcels to deliver often just scan a quantity as not home so they are not late back to the depot. Food for thought? On the other hand product is brilliant and working well.”

“Ordered battery heat alarms from this company,and when delivered noticed one of them had a "replace by" date of 2029. Basically 3 years out of date as they should be a 10 year life expectancy of battery and rf module (not the 7 years this one has) Emailed company who didn't want to know. Contacted manufacturer who thought this was highly irregular and told me to request a return of the out of date order.”

“Changing some rads at home from doubles to triples. Needed a compact one and Plumbnation best price. Delivery on date/arranged time. Helpful driver carried into house for us. Stelrad much better quality than other make we have. Plumber installed same day and said excellent quality. Very happy with whole process and product.”

“Very fast delivery of a minor part, panel clips x5 Just a thought? Can you not send small parts like this by Royal Mail? Courier (especially for ex-UK mainland) is expensive and unneccessary?”

“I wasn't asking for Advice from PlumbNation, I was only ordering a set of radiator valves. All communications were very good and clear. I had to prompt them once for one of their promised order updates via email but they coped very well in my opinion with the situation that the supplier was out of stock and the order would be delayed. Orders items arrived on the promised day.”
