“This is in addition to my previous review where I reported several issues I had with this company. I can report that they have sorted out my order completely. I can recommend this supplier and if you have any problems then be persistent and they will resolve it.”

“Brilliant service. My order was processed and delivered speedily on the date that was promised. My electric fire was packaged really well and I am thrilled with both the product and the price. I've read some other reviews but my shopping experience with PlumbNation could not have gone better.”

“I purchased an electric stove from them on Tuesday evening online at 7.20pm. Recieved an email saying my new stove would be delivered this Friday 19 November. The day after recieved another email confirming my delivery date. Then I looked at plumb nations reviews and became really worried becouse of all the negative reviews. However I had no need to worry as my new stove arrived in excellent condition at 9.12am Friday 19th as promised. So don't worry if you have ordered anything from plumb nation I'm sure you will get it when they say. It was an excellent price too. So thank you plumb nation. Chris Clegg. West yorkshire.”

“After reading some of the reviews on this page after placing an order I was concerned something would go wrong. However I was proved wrong. Phone query answered promptly by Liam, item delivered on requested day and very happy with my new electric fire which was £75 cheaper than anywhere else. Thank you”

“Purchased a shower tray which I couldn't source locally. It was delivered on time with calls from delivery company to update progress. Found ordering, very easy and impressed with overall service from PlumbNation.”

“Needed a new gas wall heater as mine had broken and needed replacing for upstairs. Ordered one but it was out of stock so quickly cancelled and was refunded the next day. So ordered the other one which was the same Brazilia F5 but not the S model without the oak side panels. I emailed the night before to make sure it was in stock before I ordered and was told it was. Having read all the negative reviews I was very worried about ordering but quick reply to the emails within a hour of being sent and wasn’t on hold more than 3 minutes to the call centre. My only downside that stops it from 5 stars is the delivery as I had to wait in all day and didn’t know who it was coming with and when so had to ring the call centre to find out on the day, but did deliver on the day confirmed so can’t complain and will probably use in the future as the item arrived with everything with it.”

“Having read some terrible reviews on this company I was slightly dubious to order from them. But being desperate to find a particular part and them being one of few who supplied & significantly cheaper I decided to risk it. I have to say that the part arrived as promised 12 hours later with no issues whatsoever. I will certainly use Plumbnation again.”

“Having read the previous poor reviews, I was not confident that the Worcester Bosch combi boiler would turn up today as arranged and specially paid for! However, it all arrived on time and undamaged. So in our one off experience of ordering from Plumbnation we can honestly mark their price and delivery service as excellent.”

“Bought the Modena HE 27c Combi Boiler for £602 which included a new flue. I opted for the 3-5 day free delivery. Arrived next working day. Engineer fitted it and complemented me on my choice. Very quiet, easy to fit, easy to use and the company were really really helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend Plumbnation to anyone and I will certainly use them for any future needs.”
