“ Hi, I’m trying to contact Quiz customer service as I haven’t received the confirmation and delivery information of my items that should arrive tomorrow but no one is responding. I have paid for next day delivery and after reading the reviews, I’m losing hope that they’ll actually deliver the items. Can I request for a full refund back and I’ll actually just go to the store instead please ”

“ sent back 2 parcels at the same time and they have only refunded one parcel and refuse to refund the other, as they say although signed for, they do not have it. they owe me over £400, I will pursue through courts if I have too. They email from abroad as the times are no uk times, no custoemr service at all ”
