Riverford Organic is the market leader in organic vegbox home delivery. We have a range of 10 veg and fruit boxes to suit different sized households, and in addition a full range of organic groceries, including meat and meat boxes, dairy, wine, beer and bread.We grow award winning organic veg, and give you lots of recipes to help you enjoy it. You can order a box, add extra items from our range or create an order from scratch (minimum order value applies). Delivery is free by your local vegman or lady and there is no need to be at home when we deliver. There is no contract, so you aren’t tied in to anything and our vegboxes start from just 9.85.

“I have been with Riverford for years - 162 orders and on Tuesday I was informed that I was not a loyal enough customer for them to continue with my orders. Because I only ordered once every two weeks and change my box. Thats not a regular order. Currently due to covid and self isolation Riverford have problems and can not meet all there requirements. So they are not delivering any veg to me until further notice. I have been in touch with them but their customer service insisted that I was not a loyal enough customer and so no veg . I have been told Wareham have an excellent veg shop on the quay on Saturday, so I will have to come out of self isolation and go down on the Quay. I will be interested in seeing if my next door Neighbour who gets Riverford veg every week is a truly loyal customer and gets her veg. Very disappointed in how they treat their customers.”

“This has to be the most overrated company I've ever worked for! The job description failed in many ways ie zero training (due to covid..pfft) local deliveries...driving 30-60 minutes to the first drop isn't local! I was told I would be driving a 3.5 tonne van...a vauxhall vivaro certainly isn't that & no room to work with for moving boxes around so had to take boxes off & unload on the roadside to get to other boxes...not ideal especially in the rain! Having to split up a route again without any training so had to use own initiative regardless if correct or not! Oh & absolutely ZERO PPE / COVID PROTECTION ie MASKS, GLOVES OR SANITISER!!! What a shambles!!!”

“A really frustrating service. The first time I ordered I had a veg box and milk missing. Following, I tried to order my Christmas meat and veg but the system put the order through for next day delivery. (Apparently my fault as the system is very simple...) I called customer services to cancel as soon as they opened and was charged £10 with a attitude of making you feel guilty as they donate the 'wasted' to the food banks. This is a very commendable act that I thoroughly support however it should not be forced at the cost of the customer. So frustrating when you want to support local farmers and businesses however are penalised for admin errors. Arguably, this was from their website which I find unclear to confirm a order with specific dates. I would not reccomend.”

“After reading great reviews about riverfront I though I'd give them a try, what a disappointment my veg tomatoes and cucumber were soggy and I had to bin them, you would think when packing for New customer they would of made sure all was perfect. Would not recommend”
