I booked my spa day through spa seekers, payment was taken & I did not receive my confirmation email, I spoke to customer service they told me they are in the process of updating there website and due to this they are having technical difficulties. And I have to wait till the Monday to start my refund process & I couldn’t go to my spa day. Awful experience from start to finish

Scam i paid for a gift - cant use locations is booked up and advised they are not using this company anymore !!! not sure how they can advertise if there not fulfilling agreements ? will not respond to my emails call gets disconnected i guess i will go to trading standards as seems so unfair people clearly being lied too.

Horrible service, and company…I purchased spa night true spa seekers at Hellaby hall hotel, Next day i had a call from the hotel, they’re cancelled my spa night, cose they said they aren’t working with spa seekers anymore, and they are fully booked already, but spa seekers still selling spa breaks…I can’t get my refund back, as they aren’t replying my emails…I trying to call , but never reached them..horrible

This company has very poor customer service - avoid at all cost. They take your money for vouchers but if anything goes wrong they will not provide a customer service. I was appalled by their lack of response to my many communications about the spa day that was reminiscent of faulty towers. We were also asked to pay an extra £75 for a different venue as the original spa voucher place now refuse to deal with Spa Seekers as they as such a poor company.

Scam site. My husband booked us a treatment each and spa day as a treat prior to our wedding. I'd had a horrendous year, my stepdad died from cancer a week after I was diagnosed with cancer, a few months before we got married. However, when we were suppose to go. We had got covid, we rang the spa direct who said they would postpone it for a few weeks. We couldn't find the time to go, as I was still suffering covid affects. My husband had a massive job trying to contact spa seekers for a refund. When he did finally get hold of them, they refused point blank. Rubbish company, scam company

I booked in January this year for Eden Hall and after hours on the phone I was told that Eden Hall were not taking 3rd party bookings at this time and asked to call back later. When I called back later (after holding for almost an hour) I was told that again could book at this time. I called again Friday the 6th May and was told that Eden Hall no longer trade with Spaseekers.com and that I would need to book some where else. I asked what were my alternatives and all the places they offered were Belfry, Crown Plaza which are nothing like Eden Hall that I had paid for a total sum of £218.00 for a treat for my friends birthday. The really interesting part is that I went on their site on to see if they are still advertising Eden Hall and to my surprise they are. DO NOT BOOK THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Booking with spa seekers - terrible from start to finish. Over charged us, told us the only appointment time for our treatment was on check out day at 10am, when we had to check out of our room at 11! Told us our dinner was booked for 19:30 but was later told by Norton park that we didn’t have a reservation!! Luckily they had a similar time slot available. Appalling customer service, 10000% would never use spa seekers again. The hotel was lovely, room was great and massage was fantastic. Facilities were clean and lovely. Front desk staff a bit rude but restaurant staff were really lovely and the spa staff were fantastic. Would use Norton Park again but would book directly.

Absolutely terrible service, do not waste your money, trying to use a voucher is like pulling teeth, it takes up to an hour to get through, no one rings you back, you can't book on line, it takes them a week to answer their emails. Pathetic service.

I will never never ever use this company again and am reporting to Trading Standards. I booked a spa with two 50 minute treatments and overnight stay for me and my sister which was advertised on their website. I got a confirmation of this in writing only to find out when I rang the hotel that only one 50 minute treatment was included. I emailed Spa Seekers and got a reply 8 days later asking for a copy of my booking confirmation and directing me to their booking site which showed they had changed their website to show only one treatment included in this package. I immediately emailed back my booking form and have heard nothing since despite emailing them 3 times and that was 2 months ago. I would definitely not recommend this website.

My husband purchased me a voucher for my birthday 40th birthday. The voucher is for 2 people overnight stay and a treatment each. I've just called to book and they said I would need to pay an extra £80 because the price has gone up at the hotel!!! I feel this is really unfair as it's for a lot of money! I asked for a refund but they said No and we should of read the terms and conditions! How disgusting when we have been in a pandemic so I couldn't book it straight away! The voucher is valid for 12 months I received it in August. It's just really disappointing, I want to make everyone aware of this before they purchase a voucher.

Useless. Not what is advertised. They have you book a day, then the actual spa won't have space on that day. DO NOT bother with this 3rd party!! Plus they are always too busy to answer the phone.

Offer was wrong online. Had booked for a gift for me and a family member. Got the voucher and confirmation which stated exactly what was advertised online, but the spa said no - aparantly spa seekers advertised it wrong. Spoke to spaseekers who said no to any compensation for the inconvenience, and I only I asked for a slight reimbursement (10-20%) to put the value towards one other treatment since I was getting three less than what I had original bought! They did offer a full refund if I wanted to cancel but reading reviews state around a month which I cannot do round Xmas. Not very sympathetic and take so long to respond (and sometimes no response at all). Avoid.

Booked a spa day for me and my friend we are in our 60's for my birthday. I was told it was unavailable. I was offered another date but we couldnt do that date, so they promised a refund within 5 days. A month later and i have not got a refund. My birthday is tomorrow and we cant go anywhere. We couldnt afford to pay twice. Not only do they financially rob you of money they spoil your birthday or special occasion too. They dont answer emails. They take hours to answer phone and they steal your money. Please dont let this happen to you. Over a hundred pound they have had from me, that i saved over several months. Its disgraceful.

walk on by .. took two weeks to respond to a messenger message , standard meaningless response ..they don't answer the phone either .. don't even think about buying a gift voucher ..no availability ..you cant actually use the voucher unless they book it for you ...

Had a spa day booked with my mum for a Mother’s Day 2020 which was cancelled due to lockdown. Have emailed and called so many times trying to reschedule as they refused to give me a refund. They constantly tell me the dates are full or they just ignore my email or call. Terrible company that have used Covid to take money and give nothing in return.

I have been trying to communicate with Spaseekers for several months regarding vouchers that expired during COVID. I have left massages on a really poor answer machine that no one has responded to. I have emailed several times the last time I had a reply stating that your staff were not yet back to full capacity but my voucher would be extended for six months and someone would send a further email when able. That was over two months ago and still no one has responded. I have been trying for days to contact someone by phone several times waiting for over an hour then having to hang up due to other commitments. This is absolutely ridiculous and lack of concern for your clients who have paid good money for vouchers. I will definitely not use or recommend your company again. I don’t know how you can still be allowed to sell vouchers on line with such a poor service. Hopefully people will read this before they book. Go direct to the Spa Hotel and get a much better service and correct information.

Spaseekers are liars. They lied to us about an upgrade in regards to the list of things we would receive but won’t refund it as it’s not what was received. They put the blame on us that we didn’t check our confirmation but they gave us the wrong information so we would upgrade. Never use. Absolute scammers.

Terrible company. Please do not book with them. As you can see here so many people have been left out of pocket with no response to any calls or emails. Clearly something is seriously wrong but not only are they not assisting customers who have paid good money for experiences, they are still advertising on social media!
