“ I am furious at this shop, I shop regulary in-store and online, but on this occasion am very upset, I have ordered 1 bracelet for myself and my mum loved it so much that I placed another order with a pair of earrings, when I opened my package 2 boxes but the bracelet box was empty which means no bracelet! When I contacted customer service they were not able to help me!!! And that it was sent to me but cant proove me that bracelet was inside the box!! I lost £80 very very angry!!! ”

“ In February I was travelling I've bought a suitcase from TK maxx when travelling the zip fell I'm having to buy some strap to hold the suitcase today I went back to take a marks with all my invoice and a warranty they refused to replace the bag the manager was very unhelpful didn't show any compassion no respect very poor service I will not go back anymore to Tk max Scarborough ,after more than 17 years buying in the shop. ”
