“ Delivery not received - no notification from courier. 15 days to complete refund but the jury’s out on that. Apparently there were 2 attempted deliveries but there was no contact from DPD. Customer service told me it was up to me to track the parcel rather than the couriers/ that’s a new one on me. I’m now unable to replace this order until the refund is complete which can take upto 15 days ”
