Ils ont pris le temps de comprendre l’ensemble de la situation, d’expliquer chaque étape clairement et de garantir des attentes réalistes et transparentes tout au long du processus. Leur communication a été remarquable. Je n’ai jamais eu à me demander où en était le dossier, car les mises à jour étaient régulières, accompagnées de conseils pratiques et d’instructions claires sur les prochaines étapes. Leur fiabilité, leur souci du détail et leur engagement à résoudre le problème ont rendu une situation difficile beaucoup plus facile à gérer.
