I contacted Webuyanyphone to sell my old iPhone 13 I was quoted a price of £270-00 & chose the postal service, the phone was in perfect condition & had just been fully inspected & checked by the network EE & I decided to sell it to others, when originally I purchased the iPhone it was immediately put in a full leather case & also a gorilla glass screen protector, these were only removed when I sent the phone by post to Webuyanyphone.

I have never had an iPhone 12 let alone a PURPLE PHONE!
When I contacted customer service I was told that I had to contact previous service provider for the IMEI number… which they couldn’t give me.

Very disappointed with this service
My phone was in very good condition,
Always kept in a case with a screen protector on and yet as soon as they’ve got their mitts on it the screen is scratched and the back is showing signs of wear, I smell B*** S***!!!
Now I could have turned down their poxy second offer but what use is a scratched phone to me? I wouldn’t be able to sell it elsewhere so chose reluctantly to except their poxy offer as my phone was just sitting in a cupboard and I guess £65 is better than nothing.
