“The phone I sent was in excellent condition. On the day it was bought I added a screen protector and a high quality phone case.
WBAP told me the screen was scratched, which it wasn’t, that the buttons showed significant wear, which are protected by my case, they showed no signs of wear. Also that the back was scratched. It was not. I had been offered£410 when I sent it, only to be offered £265 when they made out the report. I spoke(eventually) to customer service who agreed the screen was NOY scratched and the buttons showed no sign of wear. He also agreed that there was no sign of wear on the back of the phone. They agreed to upgrade their offer as their condition report was in error, to £325. I was unhappy with their service as they tried it on over the condition. Keep away from these people”
“Very disappointed . I was offered what I thought was a good price . My iPhone was in good condition . It passed all 28 checks . Then the came back with a very low price of half of the original . Then I could not get hold of anyone to ask for my phone back . Eventually I spoke to someone and they kept going round in circles telling me my phone was pretty good not good . Long story short it’s now day 10 and I am still waiting on my phone to be returned !”
“Price knocked down listed my phone as good through compare and recycle as the option below this was poor, my device was in good condition and I received an amended offer £100 below the original.
Spoke on live chat and was told they will pay an extra £10.75 even after I explained very good is not an option and that it goes from good to poor.
AVOID using this company clearly happens all the time after reading more reviews.”
“biggest scam ever, I'm sure my phone did not have the scratches on the case as the video they sent advised me, they must keep a scratched up phone especially for this purpose, it was an iphone I had not had long and I always had it in a case”
“We buy any phone offer ths best prices so people send their devices away in good faith for the full amount offered. I sent my Samsung s9 plus away and I rated this as good condition on there website. on Facebook I advertised it as excellent condition I had a,few offers of £190 but decided to send it to we buy any phone only to receive a email to say the item was not in the condition described i laughed and thought no it was better!!! I refused the price reduction and asked for the item to be returned only to get a revised email saying they had now checked the item again and decided to offer the full amount offered that was a week ago and still no payment this sort of business should not be allowed but its happening take your phones elsewhere I have learned a lot in the past few weeks I have even phoned them asking where my money was and the chap said oh it should be Monday that makes it 9 days since I got an email saying payment would be made shortly sorry this is not good enough!”
