I have ordered in Worldstores for around £1000. I have scheduled delivery for the certain day. I have received an email with confirmation that everything is in stock and will be on time. After reading all those horrendous reviews I got a bit worried and decided to cancel the order. I phoned them (the number provided on website). I got through in less then 10 minutes. First the lady confirmed that all the items are available and ready to be delivered for the date I have chosen. But still I wanted to cancel the order. Without any questions the lady cancelled the order and informed the funds will be refunded within 5 working days. The funds were refunded the next day! The whole amount. No hassle. To be honest now I regret I cancelled the order. The whole service was good in my opinion. The money refunded immediately. So or I was lucky or it is just a good company to buy from :) Definitely recommend!

""Ordered a sofa bed on Saturday for a delivery on Wednesday and after reading some of the reviews on various websites I was a little dubious. However I can't fault the service I have received from Worldstores. They delivered to a new build where the postcode wasn't registered but they rang for directions. Thank you.

Ordered a garden cabinet, received a text saying delivery would be the following day but it did not arrive. I could check on their website the status of delivery which said delayed. After a few days I contacted WorldStores who promptly replied and I received the item shortly after. Unfortunately, the item was severely damaged beyond use. I used the online complaints form, which was easy to find and navigate, to request a refund and return of the product. I am a very disappointed customer although I do give top marks to the Customer Service team who were friendly and replied quickly to resolve the issues of delivery, the items damage and a refund, which were operational problems. I would still buy from them again due to the quality of customer service.

Really poor quality! Discovered 1st wardrobe was damaged after 1 hour of construction! Eventually customer services dealt with it and arranged a collection and distribution of another! Collection company wouldn't take original as wasn't packaged which they were informed about prior to collection! New one arrived and that was damaged too!! Eventually both collected and now 10 days later I still haven't had a refund! Was told it would take a maximum 5 days!! Now classed as theft!! Steer well clear of Worldstores!

This company is SCAM do not ever order from them. During Corona Virus pandemic, these people from professionalWorldstore.com takes advantages by selling medical supplies such as N95 Face Mask , but they never send the items that we ordered. Below is my experience ==== Apr 4 : I placed the order two sets of face mask and paid around $99 Apr 5 : tracking sustem show the package has been collected by courier Apr 9 : Parcel in transit Apr 14: Parcel in transit Apr 18: Parcel in transit Apr 20: Status in tracking system "sorry, parcel delayed. We are fixing the problem" May 9: I asked the whereabouts of the shipment and asked for a refund since it has been more than one month May 10: Marco replied that parcel is in transit and cancellation nor refund can not be done Marco said that he has coordianted with the logistic office May 20: I sent an email again to inform that I have not received my order and again request for a refund. May 20: Marco replied again saying "We are going to coordinate this with our Logistics team to find out what had happened". May 31: I never get any update from Marco, again I asked my shipment and since this has been too long already, I asked for a refund. Jun 01: Marco replied saying that shipment is still in transit! And assuring me that I should receive it. Jun 13 : Up to date I still NOT receive my shipment. Can the authorities pls block this site and take necessary actions to this company before a loy of people got scam .

I paid for masks at the beginning of April. I have not received them and emails have been answered by delay excuses. I asked for a cancellation and refund finally after al.ost 3 months and their reply was they do not provide refunds. I have learned my lesson and hope this helps others to avoid this company.

They are crooks! I ordered masks on March 23 and they haven't arrived yet! I exchanged countless emails with them and they still tell me that their team is trying to solve the problem! That after I told them that I had contacted the people from PostNl and who told me that they were just following the package! I think we should notify the competent bodies because otherwise many will be fooled!

This is a complete scam I ordered masks in march I did not receive them I have sent numerous emails and keep getting the same reply a few more days Stay clear of this website

They send half the shipment and not even product that was advertised. Do not waste your money, they are a total scam.

Complete scam. I bought this on the 4th of April and they told me it Shiism arrive within 2 weeks approx. It’s been more than a month and parcel still showing as 2020-04-20 22:43:33] Sorry, parcel delayed. We are fixing the problem. Complete scam. Is under investigation with my debit card company. Don’t buy here.

Ordered masks at $99.50 and received something very different than what they advertised. They keep asking for the tracking number but that has nothing to do with the masks I received. Then they decided that those were NOT there masks yet I didn't order masks from any other company. This company baits and switches, and are scammers. Represensible always but especially in a crisis. I'm NOT done. I will fight them as long as I can. They took all of their negative comment off of FB!

Didnt even recieve the items I ordered got some knock off N95 mask. No one returns your email. Paid a high price for this junk.

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered masks during the pandemic and not only were the prices so inflated, it stated i would get my items within 6 days and I am still waiting almost a month now. I notified them that I wanted a refund and they stated no refunds!

Awful. Do not order from this company. Open one box and stated assembly. Lots of chips, dents, scratches etc. Used their website to arrange a refund and collection. Still not received a reply or acknowledgement of my email 5 days later. Terrible quality and even worse customer service

Pathetic customer support. They don't care the customer once we placed the order. Item didn't deliver on agreed date. The delivery was cancelled on the very morning of the day. NO PHONE CALLS or APOLOGIES from worldstore. Just a text message from the delivery team. I have ordered a next day delivery available item, paid for shipping and agreed to deliver after 7 days. They dont delivery weekends and only certain days they will deliver the item. That too they give a whole day window. The problem is I work Monday to Friday and I cannot plan my leave. If i get 3 hours window i can arrange half day. We get 4 hr window on the delivery day. So I took a full day off and I confirmed (on phone) the delivery the day before the scheduled delivery and they told everything is ok. They could told me at that point so that I could cancel my leave. I got a text message on the day that my delivery is cancelled. I lost my annual leave which I took only to collect this delivery. I tried to call them and i had to wait around 50+mins to talk to someone who give reply just like a robot. I emailed them and it took around 10 days to get the reply. So who will take this responsibility?? I have lost one days pay when I took another leave to collect this. Will the world store pay me this?? Is this the way you are treating you customer????
