I spent 5 1 hour calls to them, due to being on hold for at least 50 minutes each time as they delivered half of a corner sofa in the wrong colour.
They gave 1 date to collect and re-deliver then told me the day before they couldn't do it so I selected another date.
At this point I didn't trust them so I called them again to double check and I was right, they had not even noted down the new date for collection and re-delivery.
I then got a confirmation email for the new date for collection and re-delivery after insisting the man sent this to me before I hung up.
Half an hour later I got an email saying the sofa was now out of stock!
I asked for a 50% refund to leave the sofa as it is as it was causing me so much stress, money on calling and time. They agreed but then didn't refund me until another 2, 1 hour calls over the next couple of days.
I spent around 5 hours on hold to World Stores.
NEVER AGAIN.”
“Ordered next day delivery for a pair of dining room chairs. Nothing arrived.Became concerned when I tried to track my order I was unable to do so as there was an error with the order code I had been given.
No one answers the phones, automated responsive is obviously on repeat as for each time I tried to call (at least10) I was told due to high call volumes I was 3rd in line.
Contacted my bank to get money back. Do not be taken in by their professional website and buy elsewhere!”
“Ordered next day deliver on bedroom furnature. On the day had a text that say they encountered carrier problems and local carrier would be in touch. Nothing!! Absolutely nothing, they don't answer their phones, automated response to emails saying they are experiencing a high volume of customer enquiries every time I tried X 4.
Totally disgusted and should have read reviews first.
I have approached my bank to get our money back. DO NOT buy from these cowboys. They should not be allowed to trade.”

“I ordered two single mattresses three weeks ago. My wife, who was at home at the time of delivery, expected the driver to deliver the two items to our flat on the 2nd floor of the building. The driver called her to come down, however, as soon as my wife signed the delivery sheet, the driver in question dumped the two mattresses outside the building and refused to help taking the heavy furniture to our floor, shouting "we don't do the stairs my friend". My wife begged him to help as she suffers from chronic back pain and she struggles to lift small items, let alone two heavy mattresses. We are really angry and shocked about the level of indifference, lack of professionalism and poor customer service shown by the man in question. Normally all our orders to other companies including furniture items are usually delivered to our flat door, if not inside the flat itself.
I sent a complaint the day after, however I haven't received any response so far.”

You cant speak to anyone, send website enquiry forms nothing. Found them on facebook and messaged them. Someone called Danni came back and said I will look into this. This looks like a standard reply and was then told delivery this Saturday 23rd. When I check the time was told not in stock, but website state in stock and next day delivery. i brought a 3 piece wardrobe and an assembly service from this fraudulent company the delivery arrived on time and the assembly team came a few days after everything seemed to be fine until the assembly team {servico} arrived and took my wardrobe upstairs in my bedroom and unboxed it they took all the pieces out and immediately noticed a piece broken they then started to assembly and kept finding pieces broken and missing at which point both steve and daz from servico told me look this wardrobe is a piece of junk send back to worldstores and get a refund which i totally agreed with then all the bullshit started ENDLESS phone calls and emails and eventually worldstores took the wardrobe back and said i would get a refund which i havent got can someone please help me get my money back”

I emailed Worldstores only to receive a response saying my query was being investigated but it would take up to 72 hours...
In the meantime, I am wasting my day and time waiting to see if the second item will be delivered today.

I can't think why Dunelm thought this lot were such a good aquisition. Even looking at the reviews on this site, every one has EXACTLY the same response from Danni. In other words "they don't care or are up to their eyes in complaints.”
