“Everything was delivered as agreed. There was an issue with trim being damaged once opened. This was rectified to my satisfaction straight away. Instructions for trim fitting, to legs, of shower tray are vague, but I worked them out in the end after trial and error. Instructions could be clearer to be honest. The product looks quality and is. Client extremely pleased with the style and fitting.”

“Just received a couple of days ago, a walk in shower tray and 2 glass surrounds. Items were well packed and look to be a very good standard. I paid for named day delivery on top of a hefty delivery charge due to my living in Argyll ...did not arrive on named day although the local courier did ring on the day to arrange a delivery date and were very helpful bringing the items into the house. Items yet to be fitted, but so far so good.”
