“Dreadful customer service. Called in to the showroom today as we are renovating a large house and need multiple bathrooms. Not a single person acknowledged we’d even crossed the threshold or made any offer of help or enquired as to what we were looking for.
Frankly, just rude.”
“Extremely poor service. Sent the wrong item twice, had to chase repeatedly for a return then had to chase repeatedly for a refund which they said they had paid when they hadn't. Took up loads of my time. Really regretted using them.”
“There was a chip on the bath we received. I identified the problem and send pictures 3 times to them but i had no reply. I can understand that covid was not helping but at least acknowledging receiving our email with the pictures would have been a nice gesture even if you are not willing to fix the problem about the bath. My wife and I were also 99 percent sure that we ordered a the bath panel with the bath only to find out it was not in the delivery. Obviously when looking at the receipt, the front panel was not mentioned on it, despite the fact that we verified a number of times that the panel was included because we were looking for the best price possible for the bath and panel combo. Overall, we had a really bad experience with sanctuary bathrooms and will not recommend them to anyone.”
