“We ordered two items from Sanctuary one of which turned out to be on a longer delivery from the manufacturer. Sanctuary quickly advised me of this and gave the option to cancel if we wanted. We have accepted the delay and they have delivered the available item. The customer services team have kept us well informed throughout.”

We place a high importance on our customer service so to read you found this was of a good standard on the whole is great to hear. Of course, we're very sorry that the items you purchased took a little longer than would have liked. We do try to communicate this as quickly as possible to customers, ideally prior to purchase, but understandably this information relies on being relayed to us from the manufacturers themselves. Nevertheless, I'm glad to hear that you received your item and that you were kept informed of this. Despite this, please be assured that I will pass this information on internally to see if there's anything else we can do further to help negotiate and avoid such delays moving forward, where possible.

“The Sanctuary Bathrooms price for a basin that I needed wasn't the lowest by quite a margin, but when my other supplier let me down, Sanctuary Bathrooms were very helpful and sent me the one they had in stock in ultra-quick time.”
“Placed an order with Sanctuary because they had what we needed at a cheaper price than elsewhere. The website said delivery was within 7 to 10 days when I placed the order, but it was over a week until my order was even acknowledged. It eventually arrived after a couple of weeks of placing the order. Due to unfortunate circumstances with our builders, it wasn't apparent that they had sent us the wrong lever with the toilet until a couple of months after delivery. Obviously this was partly our fault for not properly checking everything when it was delivered (the house was a mess due to the works), so I contacted their customer services email over a fortnight ago to see if we could get this resolved and have not yet had a response. If they were better at responding to their customer service emails, they'd get 4 stars. EDIT: Richard from Sanctuary contacted me following this review and confirmed it had been sent. Turns out the builders had it, put it aside, and didn't tell me about it. Slightly embarrassing but the issue is now resolved, and have upped to 4 stars.”
“Good products, well priced. Delivered as instructed and well packaged as they were fragile (bathroom ceramics) and good communication with staff. Would recommend.”

“Item arrived in good order and item was reasonable priced. Communication through phone is excellent, however online communication (email) is a bit lacking such as no confirmation of order change and no delivery details; an email the day before delivery would be convenient.”
“Just received a couple of days ago, a walk in shower tray and 2 glass surrounds. Items were well packed and look to be a very good standard. I paid for named day delivery on top of a hefty delivery charge due to my living in Argyll ...did not arrive on named day although the local courier did ring on the day to arrange a delivery date and were very helpful bringing the items into the house. Items yet to be fitted, but so far so good.”
“Great company that delivered on time. They contacted me before delivery and gave me a 2 hour time slot. When I called them they were prompt in calling me back with the info needed. The only criticism is that the delivery arrived in some anonymous boxes with a very uninformative delivery note, so I had to open it all to confirm it was there. That meant me holding the delivery driver up. A small thing considering other companies have been truly atrocious during this project”
“Staff were friendly and very helpful on the phone. Delivery was very prompt. Just one small problem, which was one of the items was missing from it's bag the fixing brackets for the shower slide rail, making it impossible to fix to the wall. However, after a quick phone call, this issue was quickly resolved and a replacement sent out without any fuss. Would use again as overall experience was very good.”
