“I'm not sure how much Sanctuary can do about this but the delivery driver just dumped the massive pallet with the shower enclosure and tray in front on my garage even though my daughter asked him to bring it down the path. This was apparently too much of a hardship to drive his van to the garden gate (25m away) and wheel the pallet down to the front door. Pretty poor service after waiting approximately 2 weeks for a delivery date.”
“Website not specific with information about the right additional valve needed so I purchased the wrong one. Santuary bathrooms yet to reply to my email about this. The right items were fine. The website needs to be specific if customers are to order without seeing”
“The initial service was extremely professional, and when reporting a fault the replacement was issued quickly, but when trying to return the faulty goods, the service was extremely poor. I have spoken to 3 people and all 3 have stated they would action the necessary paperwork, immediately (3 consecutive days and still waiting).”
