“ Yoox customer service are not helpful at all, in fact they are rude but given the amount of issues they are dealing with I probably can’t blame them! Before Brexit everything was fine, returns, refunds, slow but they got there, now it all seems like one big scam and I’m £491 out of pocket!!!
