This is a fantastic company my orders are usually delivered very fast ( had a couple take a few days longer but we can't blame Zooplus because they send there orders it's usually the couriers fault ) they have a fantastic reward program so you get free gifts and sometimes they pop a freebie in with your parcel. They try to keep prices fair and offer free delivery. I highly rate this company.

Excellent customer service
Having bought from this company for the first time in June this year for the prescription diet food for my cat, was delivered the next day. I was so impressed by the quickness my order so I did make another order for my cats prescription diet food on the 6th July which was delivered the next day.

I had bought extra 12kg bags of low fat dry dog food for my large dog because of covid-19 and Brexit, unfortunately my dog has died of pancreatitis and Zooplus has agreed to take back the last five bags and refund me. That is what you call customer service. I have bought different items from them and would recommend them
