“Parts were supposed to be shipped UPS (which I paid extra for). Parts were supposed to be delivered Tuesday. Parts were NOT sent UPS like I paid for but instead MAILED USPS. One of my parts arrived Wednesday and the other is still M.I.A. I messaged A-1 about shipping and was reassured it was shipped UPS. I should have just stuck with Amazon! I did however receive a free beanie cap with my order WOOPIE”

Hi Michael - I apologize the items were not shipped out the way you specified. We did ship one of your items directly from the supplier, so it should be arriving to you soon. I'd be happy to refund the shipping cost for you as it was not what you paid for.

“The site said something like $100.00 orders no shipping charge, mine was way over $100.00, they still charged shipping. No one to talk to there. So, I will be reserved about buying from you again. My parts have not arrived yet either.”
