“When ordering, the website stated a 10% code. After entering the code, it said my parts didn't qualify? I saw no stipulations for 10% off. Also, a free shipping banner came up on the website and was not available at checkout. All in all, it seemed misleading so 4 stars instead of 5. I will still shop with A-1 truck parts, great bunch of guys. Never had these issues at the counter.”

Hi Rick! We are sorry you had some issues regarding the 10% code! There is a stipulation of a $75 minimum spend required. Unfortunately, your order did not reach that. I would also be interested in knowing where the banner you saw was located as we should not have a free shipping promotion displayed on the website. “Very pleased with the service and fast delivery. The only issue I had was that the website offered free shipping and even sent a code via email. But when I went to check out I received a message stating that my address did not qualify for free shipping. I live in the continental US. I tried calling but no one answered the phone.”
