“I don't know whether it is their policy, or just the whim of a supervisor on the day; but having been delayed inbound and placed on the first available flight back to Aberdeen arriving just before midday. I'd been away over a week and on returning enjoyed the delights of delays with the "Skyteam Alliance" and overstayed my car park booking by 12 hours. The car park people checked the background then just revalidated my ticket AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Brilliant Move! One of the first bits of common-sense management I've seen at this Airport in a long, long time.”
