“A bit overpriced, but overall a good service. Aberdeen Airport is a ripoff if you want to park for less than 24 hours, but this was ok for a 2.5 day stay”

“After pre-booking a number of times, the same has happened each time I leave the car park... the machine tries to charge me full price, I have to contact security and request exit using my booking reference, causing unnecessary delay.”

“Good service but more competitive pricing where more flexibility is required (on departure/arrival date) would help. My main reason for using this service is to have a parking space big enough to reduce the risk of damage to my car. The priority parking in Aberdeen achieves this but it is difficult to justify for longer trips when it becomes very expensive (my tipping point is where a taxi from/to home becomes more cost effective)”

“The parking area and location is excellent but I still don't undertsand why you have to take your booking sheet to the ofice to have it checked and signed and have your parking ticket approved. Surely this could be automated to let you get away more efficiently?”

“Like a dimwit I left an interior light on inside my car and as a result the battery was flat when I returned after a month, on a journey that took me from Hong Kong via London to Aberdeen. It was about 10 pm and i had still another 90 minutes to drive home. The car park operators were still on duty and were fast to help with their van and a battery starter and cables : a first rate and highly efficient [and very welcome] service.”
