“I parked in the short stay for one day, arriving back at 9:40 pm. However I couldn't get my car started and I was extremely grateful to receive assistance from the car park staff which meant I could get home after they gave my car a jump start.”

“this the second time recently we used the short stay car park-each time was excellent- and because we need parking for disabled-we were very pleased with your system. BUT---- the previous visit- all paid up front when booking-our plane was delayed in london for 8 hours+flying time- so when we collected our car- we had big excess to pay on departing the carpark.....”

“For the second time, my number plate was not recognised therefore no ticket was issued. The problem was solved by the person at the other end of the assistance button. Is there a problem with the cameras?”
