“Website for managing booking is a disaster if you find you are delayed at cannot get back before your pre booking expires. Still stupidly expensive for parking but as per usual Aberdeen Airport continue to abuse a monopoly position.”

“Airport was fine - parking not so good- Prepaid parking, came in late and validated ticket - told me I had to pay to get ticket back so I did rather than hang about and get in peoples way. Went to attendant kiosk and had to fill in a form to get my money back - later this week hopefully...”

“Modernisation project has vastly improved the look of the place, long overdue. Short stay car park ideally located, if a little pricey. Don't agree with having to pay to drop off passengers at the terminal building. Could allow 5mins free to prevent/reduce traffic build up. Queuing in the outer corridor to wait until the plane is allowed to be boarded is slightly annoying, why not just let queueing passengers go straight through and board the plane, why queue to get into a corridor first?”

“Did not get the service I paid for. Booked priority parking so I could be fit from priority security as I had my elderly mother on the way to her sons funeral. There was no one on the priority lane. I would like refund.”

“I found that parking at Aberdeen airport was excellent and easy to do. also flying from Aberdeen was much less hectic than from other airports so will definitely look to fly from Aberdeen again.”

“I booked priority parking as I got a really good deal. But on return go the car park the machine said we were due the £504. After a 5 hour stressful flight and returning to the freezing cold this is not what you need. We then had to try and reverse to go go customer services which was really difficult as there was a line of traffic behind us. Eventually we got there and got the person there to validate the ticket.”

“Wheelchair assistance has been reorganised and now is very good. Facilities still being upgraded but ..so far so good. Disappointed in pre-paid short stay car park as it said on my email that all info of my booking would be on my ticket. It was not . When I got to the gate the screen said I owed £686.00. This was sorted out immediately by the employee on the intercom. Just a pity the ticket was not correct in the first place.”

“Very convenient - easy access - very helpfull when car reg was not recognised on exit screened showing a price to pay (shock) of £280.. After showing documents it was dealt with quickly freindly and efficiently with apologies - would use again on further trips.”

“So quick and easy. Off the plane, out the door, into the motor and away home - worth paying extra for convenience and the security. Motor was under cover too so no standing around in bad weather.”

“The Pre booking makes parking really easy. No need to queue on return at pay machine. Barrier opens automatically when you drive up to it.”

“This refers to the parking website. I purchased 8 days parking but missed my return flight and arrived back two days late. The website does not allow you to change your reservation even with your order reference number. There is no way to contact anyone to try and extend your parking. As a result I had an additional bill of £70. Not at all impressed with this service.”
