“We were absolutely thrilled with our stay as we were upgraded to the short stay car park at no extra charge. We just parked up and walked across the road. Wonderful service! We'll be back! Many thanks.”

“Easy to book on internet. Bus to transfer to airport (which just took a few minutes as very close) arrived immediately and when we phoned for it on our return it arrived immediately. A quick and efficient service. We would use again.”

“A very efficient and polite service. On a separate matter. I do think that passengers should be 'strongly' encouraged to uplift trays from post scanning/inspection area and move over to shelves/tables at the end of the inspection area 'before' restoring themselves i.e. boots, shoes, jackets, belts etc. Otherwise a bottleneck is created and others affected by waiting longer to pass through security, some of whom may not have much time to spare.”

“Car parking was easy and straightforward. I booked and prepaid online. The bus service on my return was quick and exiting the car park was trouble free. an excellent option for long term parking at Aberdeen Airport.”

“Easy to follow signs to the Long Stay car park. Frequent free transport to and from the airport to the car park. Very helpful staff, I had pre-booked the long stay car park but entered the wrong car registration. The staff talked me through the exit procedure hassle free.”

“Very easy process to book. Could somewhere note periods of grace of hour booked as it can be a worry if the outgoing time is over stayed due to possible flight delays for example. Perhaps it could be advised once the booking has been made to ensure someone doesn't try and get the extra time for free!!”
