“Catering: poor. Not much of anything was fresh; the croissants in particular would have been below par for a hospital or school canteen. Coffee ok. Ambiance: unevenly lit, old furniture; overall not more comfortable than the waiting area at the gate. No newspapers, just some piles of old magazines. For half the money, I could have enjoyed the "Big Breakfast" at the Globe café in Departures; this would have been better food in a more pleasant waiting area, with an equal provision of power sockets, free wifi, and television. That's definitely what I will do next time.”

“Booking & finding the car park was very easy. We got parked very easily & didn't have long to wait for the free shuttle bus. Arriving back at Aberdeen in the evening we just used the telephone to request our pick up & the bus came straight round. All in all a very good service.”

“Booked online for Aberdeen long stay. When you arrive at the barrier, the camera should read your number plate and issue a ticket from the machine. You don't need to press for a ticket. I wasn't aware of this and had to spend a few minutes at exit sorting out the fact I had pre-paid. Great system though. Courtesy bus is very regular and takes 2min to terminal. Highly recommended.”

“Web site was easy to book parking, directions to the long stay where good waited about 5 minutes for the bus . On return transfer bus was waiting jumped on and back to car I put the ticket in as instructed barrier lifted and away .. Very good”

“it works nice and easy. As I have not used this parking much it is a bit unclear where you are supposed to get out when you come back with the bus. Are you to ask the driver ? For example the cash machine on the parking between the gate and number 1 I believe is marked as a pick up point. But last time I returned this stop gets passed ? Perhaps good to make this somewhat easier to understand for first users.”

“My ticket didn't dispense when I arrived at the peaking at 5am, however, I pressed for a normal ticket and parked then flew away for the weekend. A lovely gentleman pointed me in the direction of the customer device cabin in the car park when I arrived back and the matter was resolved in seconds. Good to know that there's someone on for 24h to solve problems if needed.”
