“We booked this short stay special offer for a visit to our daughter in Luxembourg, and unfortunately our return flight was a day late due to pilot strike. I used the text option on your website to contact the airport who arranged to waive the car park extra charge, very professionally and without fuss, which was a welcome assist due to the extra hotel accommodation etc we had to pay upfront for. Great service.”
