I have purchased many many items from you but since you have moved and moved again things have gone badly wrong. I am now waiting for yet another parcel to the UK which appears to have gone missing. I received notification of its shipment but then nothing. Tracking is unavailable when tried. That was on May 21st. It’s now June 8th. On June 4th I contacted Anita who said she would raise an enquiry. I chased her two days later to see what the situation is. I have not received an answer from her! As I said this is not the first time this has happened and every time I order I now wonder if I will or won’t get my order. Obviously this is the problem with the carriers but it’s happening too many times. I may add the postage cost is very high to the customer which makes this awful service even more appalling!

I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always been impressed by the value and quick delivery. However, during the past year, I have experienced a noticeable decline in availability, delivery costs and time of delivery. It appears that shipments are now through the Netherlands resulting in higher costs and poor delivery. I am now seeking another supplier.

They are no longer in UK so you will be charged extortionate fees for arrival in UK almost £100 for me. So I had to leave as cannot afford that on top of a cost where savings minimal. Used to be ok but now really poor

After the re-opening Warehouse in NL, the products became extremely expensive. The price doubled!

Can never get anything as nothing is ever stocked. All looks fantastic from the prices to the products, just a shame you never have the items available. Everytime I look you have nothing available I request to be notified yet I don't ever seem to receive an e-mail. You need to work on stocking otherwise its like looking at a closes shop in the street never open to sell.

Colis non encore reçu (commande passée le 02/11, bloqué à la douane depuis le 09/11). Je n'ai toujours pas reçu le courriel de la douane afin de payer la taxe. En espérant que mon adresse mail indiquée sur la paquet d'expédition était la bonne !

I had made the order and paid for it on 10.01.2022 but it has not arrived yet. Today is 09.02.22. I do hope that it will arrive soonest or the company will pay the money back.

Warte jetzt über drei Wochen auf eine Lieferung, Geld per Paypal natürlich sofort bezahlt. Support kümmert sich nicht um eine Erstattung. Einfach nur eine Frechheit und nicht weiterzuempfehlen!

The German customs required further information about the shipment, the customer did not contact them to release the parcel. Unfortunately this cannot be done by us for the customer! Refund has been issued.

This is a repeat purchase, and each purchase I have made has been promptly delivered, but this purchase just opened and seems to be old stock.... it is in date but it does not smell as it should...... sorry! very disappointed.

The cream was delivered without primary packaging!!!! The jar is opened. There is no expiration date!!! I demand a money's refund!
