“Great products, great prices. Shame about delivery times took weeks to arrive and got charged 25% more in custom charges so product wasn't really worth it in the end.”

“I used to be so happy with this website as products would come at reasonable prices. I used to buy a certain cream all the time it was £33 and now they are asking £42 for the same product. In addition, delivery is expensive. But with products being priced low it was no problem to pay for delivery. Unfortunately, now I will no longer buy from this site.”

“I ALWAYS ORDER THE SALON SIZE, THIS TIME I WAS SENT A SMALLER SIZE THAN THE SALON SIZE OF THE MASQUE AND CHARGED THE SAME. TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO SEND IT BACK ETC, IF YOU CAN MAKE SOME KIND OF A CORRECTION THAT WOULD BE FAIR, ALSO NO SAMPLES WERE INCLUDED AS IN THE PAST YOU DID THAT AND IT WAS MUCH APPRECIATED.”

Dear Joyce! We received your message "I received 4.4 oz not the 5.1 salon size" This mask is 150ml / 4.4oz which is salon size. There had never been a larger size of this mask.
