“Hi I have been very pleased with my GUINOT MASQUE ESSENTIAL. However I placed an order on the 8th of April for 2 Items and I tried to log in to my account which I found virtually Impossible as said my password was Incorrect?? I would like to track my orders, so not great as I am still waiting for my products and cannot login to find out when I will actually receive my products! Regards, Miss Lynne Priest.”

“I stay in Singapore and am glad that Abloomnova delivers to my country. At times the products are out of stock but we can always go via the back-order route, the key is to be patient and the Abloomnova team tries their best to meet the orders (sometimes can take quite long so suggest to plan ahead and order in bulk first). A recent order left me heartbroken as the products came damaged with missing items as well as errorneous products in my package. Nonetheless the team communicated with me promptly to replace the items. Would like to comment that the team (Zane and Anita) are always prompt in their response even tho its via email. Will continue to support them hope that they bring in a wider range for Maria Galland products 😊.”

“I'm always pleased with my Guinot products and they're quite good value..however I was shocked to have had a bill for customs fee following my last order. I realised that having spent more than 135.00 it was subject to this..so not quite so good value after all. I'll remember this next time!”

“I was happy to find the product I needed as I was having difficulty with that. Ordering process was efficient and price reasonable but 4 stars because it took 3+ weeks to get package. I will order from them again as this issue was probably due to postal strike.”
