“Easy to see from the website whether items are in stock and the delivery was very speedy. They also had the best price that I could find for the mixer I wanted. Very pleased.”

“My item arrived a week after I ordered it; when I checked my order details however, I noticed I had it on next day delivery, which was part of the shipping costs. Not sure if this was something overlooked or not though. Anyway, the item arrived in superb condition.”

Hi Will When you ordered the item, it was advised on your order that goods were not in stock and were on a 2-5 working day lead time, goods were shipped to you on a next day service, as soon as they came into stock with us. I hope this explains why there was a few days between placing your order and receiving goods. I am glad goods arrived in a good condition and I hope you consider ordering from us again in the future. “I was only purchasing a microphone cable but just needed reassurance I had the correct information. The lady on the phone was very good I believe her name was Jane Atkinson ( not sure) very pleasant went through it all with me, a good shopping experience. Cliff Dennis”

“Chose AC audio as their pricing was competitive. Wanted to be able order and collect a mixer from the warehouse in High Wycombe rather than have the item delivered. A quick phone call to the Leeds office, and things couldn't have been easier! The helpful lady put a marker on my order, and collection at the warehouse was really straight forward. Will definitely buy from these guys in the future.”

“Slow delivery and bad service. I received the item 9 days later when I was supposed to receive it 2-5 days. I had to contact them because they didn't. I told them to send me the invoice with a date, they said it was fine, but then they put another date.”

Hi Joaquin. I can understand your frustration with the item being a day late - arriving on the 6th working day (rather than the 2-5 days as outlined on the website). Apologies for this but we did inform you on the phone that there had been a slight delay with the supplier. When you called regarding the invoice, we informed you that the product can only be invoiced when the item has shipped. We can't invoice you for something that you haven't received yet, so apologies if this affected your tax rebate. Please do contact us in the future should you need anything else and as a good will gesture we'll offer you a 5% discount on your next order. Thanks AC Audio
