“Very friendly, quick and efficient service. Good communication. Had a slight problem with my order (the microphone I ordered was out of stock) but they notified me quickly, gave me the option of buying an alternative microphone instead (which they provided a lot of information on so I could make an informed choice) and advised me of when the product would be back in stock if I wanted to wait. I went for the alternative microphone which offered everything I was looking for. Very happy with the product and the service. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service from Steve Eaton at A.C.Audio, He looked after me very well, matched my cheapest quote and got my MIDAS VENICE F32 FROM GERMANY TO UK TO MY STUDIO in 4 days...!!! everyone else said at least a week not matching price - to match price i had to wait 2 months...... Feeling very well looked after Matt - Technossomy.”

Hi Malcolm, Apologies if there has been some confusion. On the product page and the order confirmation there is always a lead time. On this occasion it says 'Available within 2-5 working days'.
