“Very quick delivery time. Ordered 3pm and with me next day! Helpful on phone regarding product too. Bought an RCF livepad 6x, which, on first impressions seems to be well built and decent sounding too. Clearly laid out dials and plenty of inputs for its size. Certainly a lot better sounding than my old Alesis Multimix 6.”

“A Google search brought up AC Audio as a possible supplier for my needs. I used their website which was excellent, so easy to navigate and place my order. “I found AC Audio on line while searching for a specialist supplier of audio and performance equipment my requirements being radio microphone headsets in particular for use by my daughter who runs her own Theatre Dance School. Having had little experience of headsets and allied equipment I contacted AC Audio for advice and received a fully comprehensive run down of the said products including Channels ,frequencies and recommendations for the best product to suit the particular application and within our budget. This was all completed with the utmost professionalism by a lady named Kay Wilkinson who I cannot praise enough for helping me through the vast array of products available from AC Audio. I have since placed an order that is process at this moment. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs help with any of the products they currently sell. “Update 22nd Dec 2014 : Following contact by AC Audio after my review, I am pleased to say that this matter was resolved very promptly and without fuss. How a product in such condition entered the supply chain remains a mystery. But my faith is restored through the persistence of AC Audio to want to put things right, together with my acceptance that they are internally investigating the process. I would now recommend AC Audio on this experience. ------------------------------------ Very prompt confirmation of order and quick despatch made me feel very good about this company. However, when delivery arrived it became clear that I had been passed off with a second-hand or ex-demo unit sold as new. How do I know> product packaging slightly torn, operation manual in torn plastic bag, supplied battery loose and graunched as if dropped on gravel or a rough surface, main product covered in finger prints and non of the usual clear sticky protectors on the display screen or buttons. As it is a Christmas present, I do not feel I have time to resolve it with the company in time. But this was sold as a brand new product and some might judge this to be less than honorable trading. Had it been marked as 'ex-demo' or 'graded stock' I would have no qualms. What a shame that all the good points get blown away by questionable practice of mis-representing the sale. I would urge anyone to seek confirmation of what they are really getting before parting with any money!”

Hi Doug I'm very sorry for the item that was sent out, all I can say is it must have been an oversight in the warehouse at this busy Xmas period. We still have time to replace this item and can have a replacement to you next week. As you can hopefully see from the rest of our 5 star reviews this is not how we normally operate and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. “I called up last week enquiring about the Seinnheiser ME 2 microphone. The person I spoke with was very pleasant, helpful and answered all my questions. Following this conversation I decided to order the microphone through A.C. Audio and, as guaranteed, the microphone arrived the next day. I have since used the microphone and have had no problems with the quality. I would return to AC Audio for future purchases.”
